| I liked this particular episode because of Dullindal going into depth of why mankind keeps on warring with each other. What he said made a lot of sense and also the meaning of why people fight. |

Agreed, I liked the issues he brought up, and things like how people want war to gain profit =_= those damn corrupted selfish people. I really dislike Meer's version of the song...I probably said it before, but the way it's so upbeat contradicts with it's message since it's supposed to be "in the quite night." It almost feels like she defiled the song lol. And also how Meer keeps wanting to see Athrun ticks me off. She doesn't even know him that well. Lastly, what is Gil up to? Maybe I'm just hallucinating, but it seems like he looks kind of evil sometimes, like he's smirking. Hopefully not because he says some good things. |
| If Durandal ends up being a villain, then he's doing an amazing acting job. He is just the most thoughtful and nicest dude in the whole show. I'm digging the potential for his character. |

Absolutely agree, I would never have thought he was a bad guy if the attack on the real Lacus had happened...plus how he asked Athrun if he had heard anything on her. He is hiding something. That said the points that he brought up about war are true, the real darkside is the profit margin. And also I really hate Meer. She acts all chummy with Athrun but she is the fake here, and the worst part is that she knows it. |

| Meer Campbell is like taking everything that was bad about Lacus Clyne and exaggerating it. Shinn's a terrible character alright, but Meer Campbell is the biggest cancer of the show so far. |

| This episode made Durandal my favorite character in Seed and since I dislike most of them that's saying something, really interesting and compelling character. Also Meer please fuck off, can't tolerate her anymore. |

| Meer is annoying alright, lusting after Athrun while ruining Lacus's songs like she does. Pretty curious about Rey though: wwhat is his purpose and what is his relationship with Durandal, exactly? |

lol at Meyrin going "whaaa" at Lunamaria simply walking up to Athrun. Lol at Shinn pouting that Athrun is getting all of the girls' attention. lol at Athrun being aghast by Meer prancing around pretending to be his fiance.  Also, why are these girls hitting on a man who they believe is engaged to another woman? They must be shortsighted. From their perspective, if he abandoned his fiance for them, how could they trust him not to abandon them when a more attractive girl comes along? I suppose that's the paradox of seeing a man (or woman) of virtue being engaged with another. You want him, but if he were to ever actually come to you, he would stop being the virtuous man you wanted. Nice to hear someone point out the conflict of interest with the military industrial complex. Too bad President Eisenhower's warnings from half a century ago weren't heeded in real life. Kinda weird that Anaheim being one of the key instigators of conflict in UC is constantly brought up but nothing is ever done about Anaheim in the UC stories. She might be trying to get close to Athrun because she is immersing herself into the role of Lacus, so getting with Athrun would be a part of the fiction she is supposed to play. She might also be being urged on by Durandal, trying to bring Athrun closer into the fold with ZAFT. |
