| It was a quiet episode that just felt heartwarming, I really enjoyed it. This is becoming one of my more favourite series of the season. |

| The song during Watanuki and Kohane's meeting was simply perfect. I was so amazed by the scene that it took me some minutes to come back to reality. Amazing episode, amazing show. It's xxxHOLiC, and this episode was exactly why I fell in love with the first season. MOAR~ |

| it must be tough for yuuko to be aware of every little things that happen. i get the impression that watanuki will be in her service for hundreds of years... this was a reallly good episode. |
| Didn't like it, but that is because I didn't like this arc in the manga (and what a long and useless arc it was). But, since they are already using the Kohane arc, does this mean the rest of the episodes will be original content or are they just switching up the order a bit (I hope there is new content, something fresh to liven up the series). |

| Ahahah, I loved Doumeki's *smack*. :P I wasn't expecting Kohane's voice to sound like that for some reason, but I really like it. ^^ She's so cute~ I really liked this episode. It was calmer than the others, but a great introduction to the Kohane arc. Himawari's secret is hovering around the edges, too, which is cool. I've never really liked her, but I still can't wait for that particular revelation. Hmm, I wonder if next episode is anime-exclusive. I vaguely remember a brief scene concerning mahjong in the manga, but it looks like it's gonna be an original episode this time around. That's good, really; manga-only stuff can get stale, no matter how much I love it. :) |

I agree that the pacing was very relaxed. The episode felt sweet and when she hugged the umbrella at the end I kinda wanted to cry. But I haven't read the manga and have no idea what happens so eh. Either way, I love this season and wish last season had been more like this one (and glad I gave this season a chance) |

| Blah. I hate Kohane so this is not something I really liked. However Doumeki and Himawari scenes were perfect, and Watanuki is as kawai as always. Next episode looks like something original so I can't wait to see that... but since preview says something about luck maybe it's like an interlude for Himawari arc... (at least I hope so) |

| Kohane's not getting any <3 from this thread :(. I like her story though... it ties in will with the overall xxxholic theme... I liked this a lot, but maybe its because after watching Kyouran Kazoku Nikki anything the slightest bit serious is like... amazing. Although ep 2 was ok... |

| I just saw the episode and I rather liked it. The music really stood out in this episode and for me to comment on it – it has to be really good, because it's one of the few things that I rarely pay attention to. It has a soothing, ethereal and historical feel to it, which greatly enhanced the scenes with the tree ghost. What I really enjoyed was the interaction with Watanuki, Doumeki and Himawari – especially the Doumeki and Watanuki moments. Huh, it seems that the heterochromatic eyes returned for one scene in this episode, which was rather interesting, perhaps his right eye changes colour when the storyline emphases it or when Doumeki is actually seeing through it or something. I also rather enjoyed seeing Kohane animated and her voice is what I expect. It was a nice introduction to the arc of her story. I'm looking forward to seeing the whole thing animated. All in all, it's a good episode. I can't wait until the next episode, however I'm slightly disappointed that we won't be seeing the real Syaoran coming – I think his entrance is between this episode and the next, but then again, I would understand if we don't, considering there wasn't too much interaction between TRC in the first series/season either. |

It's fantastic overall. But yeah, Doumeki and Watanuki really have great chemistry and it stood out a lot in this particular episode. |

| another really good episode again from xxxholic 2 things i like about this episode 1) drunken mokona at the beginning of the episode, that was great 2)the pace about this episode, was really gentle and sweet |

| Beatiful episode. The music and everything was just so beautiful. Kohane's voice really fit her and Doumeki and Watanuki's moments funny as always, but i was expecting a funnier "My privacy!!!!" scene. |

| I don't normally notice BGM but just like a few others I adored the music played at the Kohane/Watanuki meeting. That was gorgeous and added to the overall feel of the scene. Another beautfiul episode from season 2 :D I'm enjoying this more than season 1. I haven't read as far at the Kohane arc in the manga so I can't say that I hate her yet. I think she's so cute, and her voice seemed perfect. I hate her mother >.> Doumeki and Watanuki scenes <3 Himawari was cute, if not a bit mysterious in this episode (isn't she always?). I hope to find out what the real deal is with her soon, although I can guess. |

| Loved the episode. The music was almost a masterpiece for the moment and Kohane-chan is soo cute that I feel bad thinking in the episodes yet to come for her... I realli don't know why people think Kohane's ark is useless, since Watanuki changed a big deal because of it. |

| Although I really don't want to, I'm watching this show at my own slow pace, waiting for the WS torrents to pop up (which means I have no clue when I'm going to watch Ep 6), so I'm watching xxxHOLIC - Kei in the best quality possible. As for the episode, it was stunning. The music, the atmosphere, and the interacting between Watanuki, Doumeki and Himawari was better than ever. I never get tired of Watanuki's little antics, thank god, since the HOLIC haters (at least for this season I've noticed) usually blame it on the charaters and their likability. |
| This is the most powerful episode to date for the following reasons. 1 - Something deep and meaningful happened. 2 - 90% less whining and pointless shouting on the part of the main character. |

| That eye thing ish getting quite strange... how come they change color but magically return to normal?? e_e And it's kinda awesome that Doumeki can see what Watanuki sees... but only when he gets "emotional".... I gess that Watanuki can see what Doumeki sees at times liek that too... *mind screaming: yaoi! yaoi!! yaoi dammit!!!!* >_< Kohane's (the so-called elementary schooler) there too... she seems liek an interesting little girl. o_O Near the end... I thought Watanuki was gonna take Kohane to Yuuko's shop... but I guess not. >_> Loved the cherry blossoms!! |

I'd always down some good Production IG. Probably my favorite episode of this season so far, it's good to see they'll be getting more into Himawara's character and her relationship with Watanuki (looks like it could be super dark). Idk if I was crazy about how Kohane's connection to Watanuki was established, but she was a good character nonetheless and I'm interested in seeing where she and her mom will go. It's interesting that this episode shows another type of profit that can be made out of being able to interact with the spirit world, and I wonder if Kohane will actually lose her powers by being touched or eating the wrong food, or whether that's the mom just being overly cautious. Solid episode and I'm really liking how this going! 4/5 |
