Köinzell's emotions are wild in these recent episodes and this one further confirms his ambition to get revenge. Always been a goal on his mind.

Peepi still seems so vulnerable in this show, along with the other younger cast. Such a tough world for them to be in...

Twink Koinzell is cute

1 of the 7 down, but I’m sure it’s only gonna get progressively harder from here on out. Incredible that people actually think the landgrave’s death was a loss for society or something. Absolutely irredeemable piece of shit who if anything died a death that was too good.

Low expectations but we’ll see where it goes. We got a fucking squad, boys.

Was there really that much hype to begin with? I mean it's nowhere compared to the hype for series like Sakamato Days and we know how that turned out.

Hope Geranpen touched enough hearts for even just a handful of people to mourn for him too, even if his passing wasn't confirmed either.

Köinzell is beautiful, and when he shrunk he's even more beautiful.

The story is not beautiful though.

I really wanted to like this but I'm finding it disappointing, the manga is better?

I also wanted to buy the new deluxe Ubel Blatt manga but I've heard everywhere how it has a misprint and hasn't been addressed yet by Yen Press so that's gonna have to wait also.

This felt like a proper end to the story arc and possibly the least disjointed episode so far.

I wish they'd given up Geranpen's backstory earlier instead of explaining his devotion to Fargo just seconds before he died.

I don't really have any other complaints, but with Weid leaving I guess Koinzell gets his own traveling harem. I wonder how they're going to handle the next story arc with only five episodes left in the season.

As an aside, the Amazon subtitles subbing Aht calling Scharen "nee-san" as her name is annoying, especially since they subtitled "onii-chan" as big bro.

Agreed. It was moving enough that I wish it had time to sink in first.

Who was the guy at the end?

For some strange reason, I can see the many flaws these series has, but I'm still enjoying it. The animation, its pacing, and the character's depth are lacking. However, I still find the story compelling and Koinzell is a likeable main character. I actually feel sympathy for him and I'm rooting for him. At least I want to see him grow beyond his vengeance.

Who was the guy at the end?

I think it was Glenn, he appeared in an early episode where Koinzell tried to attack him. I don't blame you for not remembering, it was a pretty quick scene in a rushed episode.

Episode 7 UBEL STILLS

Oh lord what happened to this anime... it picks up in the middle of the, I don't even know if it's a fight- between Transformed Koinzell and Landgrave Schghorhshmapfapfuzz's enslaved elf girl avatars; and being transformed Koinzell turns crazy and easily slaughters the girls
in a series of still frames.

Then with more still frames, the Landgrave looks up and down comes some huge boulders and CRUNCH! BUT then he's shown in the very next cut, NOT being crushed by boulders and upright and alive.
OMFG did they not even check their own work this anime studio?
Koinzel takes a big swoop with his sword (another still frame) but again like with Fargo, he only slashes off his arm. Then the dude makes a pathetic plea for his life for some reason, and Koinzell makes those big roots or whatever they are come out of his body and makes Shmoozefauatdslkhnapihhgr go splat again, and then passes out.

Then the Impenetrable Castle starts to collapse, the lake surrounding it somehow floods it (even though it was mostly above the water level) and that's the end of that- but the "Townsfolk" (they haven't really identified who these people are, or what nation they belong to other than "Empire") they are grieving for their lost Landgrave, and everyone is sobbing.

So I have a problem with this whole story now.
Look, if these 7 Heroes are so unbelievably evil as Koinzell says they are, as they're hinted at being like Fargo- then that brutality WILL HAVE REVEALED ITSELF to at least one- but probably MANY of the citizens of whichever nation these "Heroes" are ruling over- and nobody weeps for the passing of a tyrant- yet literally every human shown is sobbing rivers of tears (in still frame).
So, if these guys are being mourned so passionately and consistently by literally everyone- I am not convinced by what you show, that they are bad people. They OBVIOUSLY have done good things- and A LOT of them- for these people- even for that pink haired elf boy who goes out and cries for him.....

If they're under some kind of spell- then we haven't been shown that.
If it's a war between Humans and Demi-humans, that hasn't been made clear.

Something doesn't add up here and based on what I see so far, it must be the source material that is not as brilliant as I was told it was.
23/5 this is really a narrative mess, and the non-animated animation is terrible, Koinzell still gets a point for being cute but my patience is wearing out.

It was satisfying to see that Schtemwölech, one of the seven heroes down the list. But we still got 6 more remain. Now the real journey begins as the other horoes will be more couscous then ever.

This episode sowed us the extent of Köinzell's revenge and hatred for the 7 seven heroes. Peepi wanting to come with Köinzell, it's like she in love <3, would be interesting how the story progresses.

Koinzell losing control of his powers and evolving to a state of disparity and without reason, and what more could he give a reason to oust the 1st of the Seven Heroes in a horrible way tbhat only befits his betrayal. The outcome between Fargo and Geranpen could not be stopped unfortunately, as they meet their end at the line of Fargo's death, with both Wied and Aht saving both Scharen and Koinzell on the falkmrio out of danger.

The mourning for Schtemwolech's loss proves great for Peepi and Altea, but is otherwise for Zeffi for not realizing the truth. With Koinzell having all his powers expended and shrinking down to size, and witnessing the funeral of the hero who betrayed him in the first place (with an empty coffin resting in a sacred place), that fuels the elf more to eliminate the remaining 6 Heroes.

With Schtemwolech down, Wied is done and returns with Scharen, and the remainder of Altea, Peepi and Aht joining Koinzell on the conquest, Rozen is next on the chopping block.
