I really liked the aliens part of the story in first episode. I haven't read the manga, but seemed liked the aliens will be interestingly handled in this anime. So just wanted to know if we see any plotlines going back to aliens?

Or is it going to be ghosts onlb from now on?

They kind of do a back and forth fourth arc situation between aliens and ghosts atleast from what I’ve read
