Is Ranma going to be the same as Urusei Yatsura in terms of adaptation?

I'm planning to watch Ranma, but I don't want to waste my time watching it knowing that it's going to be the same as Urusei Yatsura and it will only adapt some parts of the manga. Will MAPPA do that, or are we looking at a full adaptation?

@MADWATCHER Oh, I see. In this case, I don't know how to help, because I don't have any reliable sources, and perhaps possibly there isn't even such a reliable source. The only thing I know is that this season will only have 12 episodes, I hope I helped in any way...

The direction of adaptations are only very rarely talked about, generally in some interviews... It's safe to say that you'll just have to wait years to see how this Season (and possible continuations) goes.

It's not official either. We know there is 12 Episodes because they were leaked a few weeks ago, but as per people who have watched it, Episode 12 seems to point toward a 2nd Cour/Season after it.

If this is true, I'm already hyped! Just thinking about a second season of this marvel... I just hope they reduce the censorship, but I'm still enjoying the art style and comedy, after all that's what matters. Thanks for the information🤝

lol, you do realise my comment was meant to be humorous, I honestly couldn't care less wether the animators decided to draw nipples.
But thats some solid advice, I think I'll do that.

It's extremely unlikely for them to adapt every chapter of such a long manga, especially when many of them are fillerish/repetitive/don't progress the story at all. I don't think that's a bad thing, yet it's definitely not what most viewers would want to see anyway.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

Hell no, grass had bugs and germs on it. Dogs pee on it, birds crap on it. Terrible advice, stay inside!!!!
