| people usually don't like cliche stuff so this is one of the solution i guess. i can't get into kaguya, prefer vanilla romance. maybe i'm biased cause i actually look up that definition, while romantic subtext is quite subtle to perform as a key word. |

| You can read the definition of Love Status Quo here : https://myanimelist.net/anime/genre/74/ As Love Status Quo replaced Romantic Subtext, all database entries which were previously tagged Romantic Subtext now have the Love Status Quo theme. However, this means that series which were classified as Romantic Subtext may not meet the new definition of Love Status Quo. Nonetheless, there will be a review of all Love Status Quo entries to ensure that the series are appropriately tagged and are consistent with the current definition. |
