Idk I grew up watching the original. I really want to like it, but.... Imagine forcing ~25 episodes into 4. It feels so rushed.... Also feels like they'll force all 74 episodes into 12.

I think I'm done. It improved somewhat from the atrocious first ep, but this is so aggressively plain that I think I would be better off just watching the original grendizer or something. Not a good first exposure to the franchise for me

Dude how the f did she get that close to Kasado's jail cell? You're telling me she could've actually set him free? Security sure is lacking in this place.

Sayaka finally grabs a gun and will do something...NOPE. Gets defeated by a person with a knife! Good job. Good job!
This is now my favorite comedy of this season. The way he talked her out of brainwashing was like one of those ridiculous things you can do in Fallout when you have maxed out Charisma stat.
The paramedics are like "Yeah this guy has been stabbed twice and is bleeding profusely but let's stop doing our job to let her have a moment."

Gotta say, having watched enough romance Anime, This is one crazy way of getting rid of the romantic rival. I like to imagine that whoever was in charge of the green barrier around the facility was told "Yeah let that ship go. She's off to K--- herself let her go we have nothing else".
