I doubt it's just me who thinks this way at this point, but the whole season was just a boring snoozefest. Complete lack of personality from the side characters that were fun before, way too much talking without any real purpose or stakes and the hyped up for over 8 episodes action scenes were worse than the generic OP isekai.

The festival feels like something that should be in the slime diaries, but it's instead implemented in the main show in an extremely boring way.

After a few episodes, I started fast forwarding boring parts. Now I straight up dropped the episode and didn't feel like I missed anything.

Ramiris is too easy. EASY MODE.

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

Ramiris is so adorable. I love her innocence. She's happy all the time which makes me happy. Also, the elf empress is very hot as well. Wishing to see more of her in future episodes. They're planning quite a few things in their kingdom to attract more people which is nice way of doing things, tbh.

We are in smooth sailing and with it come the chill interactions between Rimuru and the responsible for the festival. Ramiris comes back in full fledge and personality and this whole episode is centered on how useful she can be while moving into Tempest. Apparently she's not just all talk so that's good. Meanwhile new invitations arrive and their respective correspondants have their doubts about the ordeal but at the same time see no reason ot to attend.

More preparations to be held next episode.

Hmm, in my opinion the last episodes shined especially because they show us more of the personalities of the side characters.

You could easily summarize the import stuff from this episode in 2 minutes top.

Why waste animators, budget, artist, Voice Actors, screen time etc for this mindnumbingly boring bla bla ?
And don't you dare defend it. I've seen my fair share of dialogue heavy shows that are reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly entertaining. Tensura just isn't written well enough to carry whole episodes with talking alone.

@BlueSnow93 go watch gurren lagann. Plenty of moments for you to turn off your brain there. You gave slime S2 a 3 star and expect s3 to be any different. Why are you ****? We are way past the "make a name for ourselves and build a nation"

Yep, this show has a problem, and I don't think it's the excessive amount of yapping, buit the excessive amount of new characters we get throw at. In just 13 episodes we have been introduced to 20+ new characters, that is way too much, specially considering the main plot, we don't need that many, fuck, all they do is slow down this.

The dialogue is garbage. I've seen plenty of dialogue heavy shows that were hella entertaining. No reason to get butthurt over this, seriously.

I wouldn't watch Gurren. Not my type of anime at all.

I was hoping Tensura would maybe get better, unfortunately it's not. YOU don't have any business to tell me what i watch and watch not. I've pretty much seen everything that even remotely interests me so i grab onto anything new releasing nowadays.

Yeah the elf empress did not sound impressed with Erald not inviting her last time he went to Tempest although his reasoning was justifiable but this time she's going no matter what. Also, with Ramiris moving in how many demon lords will Rimuru host? I'm surprised that fact hasn't been brought up as a concern for the other nations.

@BlueSnow93 ok, do you know politics? What is Rimuru doing? What would happen had the political leaders met up without these scenes? You'd think they are background characters and not important. Based on what they are saying and doing, what is ACTUALLY happening? Culture, money, goods, production lines, diplomacy, military. Power and how it works. He's refered to as "that scheming slime" for a reason. Perhaps politics doesn't interest you, and that's fine. Wait 3 months when the show is over and binge it. Some shows are like that.

What I do know is people pity and laugh or straight up get confused about a kid swimming in cold water complaining its cold while simultaneously refusing to get out into the warmth. The child prefers itself in a place where it can complain about the cold water either by its own sheer stupidity or inability to perhaps admit something is wrong.

I don't really know what the limits of free speech is on this forum but perhaps you are not the sharpest spoon in the fridge.

Rimuru solves the problem of Ramiris' labyrinth move to Tempest. We met the Empress Emelia of the Sorcerous Dynasty of Thalion who has work out that Rimuru is an Otherworlder and needs to be wary of since becoming A Demon Lord. She is afraid Tempest will be too powerful economically and dominates the whole area.

Well at least the Empress can see the long term political and economic effect and consequences of the road building, looks like a win-win scenario from their side short term but some potential loss of revenue long term.
