| Along with Majo to Yajuu these two aren't getting enough love at all. Trust me, if this anime was an isekai I wouldn't have even defended it, but it is better than a certain "gashing for lolis" anime, so why is that? |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

This adaptation is also very disappointing, with its extremely slow pacing. They kept many monologues from the Light Novel, but it doesn't work with the flow of a visual episode, and just ends up being boring. 3 Episodes in, and barely nothing really happened. All of that could have been summed up in 1 or 2 episodes at most. Add to that the average Animation and the badly integrated CGI, makes it very surprising to see it sitting with a score of 7.43. | Kinda agree. Maybe not mindblowing but still think it deserves a low 8 and much more viewers. Last season that same hidden gem that's underwatched/ underrated is Yuzuki Family :p |

| @bastek66 i personally disagree with this statement for example lets take real life grade scores do you think 5 would be average score thats barely a minimum passable score? anything less than 7 is considered bad and only from 7 its really called average score |
| Average is 6.5 to me. 7 is good, 8 is great, 9 is amazing, 10 is near perfect. Everything 5 and below may be regrettable. As for this show. I like it! Interesting premise, very good looking characters, easily digestible world building, some mystery! There is also great potential for expansion. In doing that I hope it stays subverting expectations. 8/10 so far, better than expected! |

Rating a show out of 5 stars or out of 10 isn’t the same as getting graded on a test; it’s essentially a likert scale, and each point increase is supposed to have equal value, otherwise there’s no point in using it. Imagine getting a survey that asks “rate how satisfied were you with this product: infinitely dissatisfied, extremely dissatisfied, very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, neutral, or extremely satisfied.” That’s dumb. 5/10 is average. |

| I enjoyed this too, don't get me wrong. But calling this show "good" is a bit of a stretch. It's enjoyable simply because the tastes of the writer align with what people want, it's not well executed by any means. It has the perfect score. Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete has a higher score than it deserves, but that show isn't without artistic merit. Since a higher score is to say "watch this", a show as problematic as it shouldn't have a score that high. Snack Basue is from this season, is WAY lower rated, and is much better. Also how TF was this thread not locked. It's over 3 months old and goes against MAL rules. |

| My only complaint about this particular Anime where I would happily bitch and whine about is with the ED. Where they chose to use a song by Mao Abe called "Keep Your Fire Burning". Which is an obnoxious attempt at producing the most stereotypical modern sounding country song ever as if it came directly from the year 1998. The type of music sound with obvious heavy influence by popular music composures such as the likes of Mazzy Star's "Fade into you". Even imitating the way country music is performed with an annoying twangy voice using overly dramatic prolonged vocal ranges that I personally find ear piercing when it's specifically being used on purpose with a twangy voice. The worst thing about it is that it comes off extremely cringe to me that it's being sung in twangy Nihongo. At least it's not a song about some lost lover or dead pet, though the song itself is still extremely melancholy. Which is largely the one of the things I tend to really dislike about Country music in general. Japanese music artists attempting to produce Western Country Music is just extremely cringe to me where I doubt even a network like CMT would ever recognize or platform such a song even if there was a full English version. I couldn't imagine nearly enough North American Country Music connoisseurs would purposely listen to songs where they couldn't understand the actual lyrics. lol |

| Am not the type who watch anime seasonal / airing.. But what I can say is.. It just a "normal good" anime.. Idk if it compare it it is seasonal.. Most anime today feels the same now for me.. |
