| Finally we discover the truth 😭! But is everything as it appears? It seems not from the post-credit scene. More mysteries on the horizon! Poor Shiki 🥺, he felt guilty all this time, but he finally managed to talk about it even if it doesn’t really go smoothly. Also the scientist guy from ep 1 makes an appearance again… what is he going to do?? Love the ED, would have loved the Nayuta/Shiki song from the SHUFFLE volumes, but this is really good as well. Our Rooftop buddies are the best! 💙💜 Also the images are great!! Next is VIBES!!! 🙃 |

| more background history between shiki and nayuta! this episode hurts my heart that i want hug them both. i hope we get to learn more about the nayuta mystery, especially that post credit ending with that "mad" scientist! |

So was Shiki imagining everything? Did he actually had a friend who jumped of that building and he replaced his image in his head with Nayuta's? Was Nayuta actually his friend and he somehow survived the fall and that crazy doctor helped him but wiped his memory?
| @Dan_ALves Without getting into heavy spoilers, the answer is no. Shiki was Nayuta's friend and everything that happened to him did happen. I can't say why Nayuta doesn't remember it because it's a very strong spoiler. Wait until the anime explains that very well to you. |

| AND IF! If I cried this chapter, the next episode I'm going to cry even more ToT This chapter adapts Battle Love almost perfectly since they only changed the part of Ryuu blaming himself for what happens to Shiki, her dialogue with Saimon and Nayuta returning with Kanata. It shows us Shiki's trauma directly Shiki and Nayuta's friendship is so beautiful but sad because of how it ended AND YES! It is shown for the first time what the corrosion by Phantom Metal is like, of which we already knew its effects from mentions of past chapters, but it is the first time that it is seen live (First the manga and now the anime since they never showed a single fanart of such as corrosion by Phantom Metal) and Nayuta ends her life, generating trauma in Shiki. Curiously, Nayuta "survived" but without memories.... And that ending....DON'T FUCK ME WHAT A BIG SPOILER YOU PUT IN THERE PINEJAM! Those of us who are up to date with the lore know what I mean. Next week the adaptation of the battle Vibes is coming...I AM NOT READY TO REPEAT THOSE EVENTS ToT (I just hope that they animate Fabulous by BAE because I have a theory that that song has a certain emotional weight on someone) |

| Hurts as much as experiencing it the first time ;_; I remember not caring too much about Shiki at first because of his timidness, but when his backstory dropped in LOVE, I really felt for him and Nayuta. It was so nice to see their past on the rooftop together, and when the ED song began, I was blown away. "Fadeaway" is on the more emotional side, which I think is a better fit than "Rooftop," in which "Rooftop" is a chill and nice song for the part of the story when it was released. It was a huge surprise that the second anime original song is by Rooftop Friends, but it was a perfect special ending song for this episode. It must really hurt for Shiki that Nayuta seems to have forgotten him, because Nayuta was Shiki's first friend. The last part with the scientist though 👀 |

| Quite the heartbreaking backstory for Shikki and Nayuta. It was really inconsiderate of Nayuta to have Shikki watch him die. But it's not like he's supposed to be Mr. Perfect, so I don't really condemn it. I'm glad Shikki has Ryu now. He's the perfect friend to get him out of his trauma! And I wonder what's up with the final scene... |
| Where was the brother when Nayuta and Shiki would hang out?? Kinda fucked up that Nayuta tried to kill himself in front of Shiki. Shiki can't blame himself though because it wasn't his fault. |
