| Definitely has Kimi ni Todoke vibes but MC girl is a genius or really smart and top of her class. I don't remember is Sawako was. At first I was thinking male lead was himibo but he's in a elite school so he has to be lazy smart or something. I don't even know what I mean by lazy smart maybe someone like Shikamaru. I also like female lead's resolve to become a politician and improve Japan rather than the stereotypical, go to Tokyo and fall in love plot that has been used millions of times in these type of series and setting. |

| Once again pa works brings such a fine works this season too by this Skip and Loafer show. Visual holds some unique style and the ost so far pretty relaxing. Bumpkin girl theme surely always welcome on my watching list, not different with this one too, especially since Mitsumi seems like a great girl to begin with. Hopefully the plot pacing as natural as they can possible do, so i can relax my weekend with a pleasant feeling. Let's see... |

| This chapter was so wholesome! The story is able to mix comedy with a sense of comfort that I missed for a long time in animes. I wonder how their daily lifes will develope from now onwards on how much will I correlate with this clumsy protagonist. |

| This show is so lively just from the first episode. Loved the animation, the usage of colors and some of the choreography in it. The characters are very cheerful, and the MC dubbed by the great Tomoyo herself (loved her especially thanks to her performance with Kumiko in Hibike Euphonium) was a perfect choice. Oh... and the opening brings me so much life! Very good so far, might be AOTS for me. Up to next episode! |

| You know you have already failed as an author when 20 mins feel like an hour. The comedy in this anime is extremely shallow and more importantly, unfunny. The characters so far are pretty boring. The story similarly is lackluster. |

| I love the artstyle. It's so peaceful and pleasing to the eyes. Utilizing watercolours in animes is so calming. Also the cute dancing sequence between the the two. |

| Didn't know that it would be this good. Thought of giving it a try and it was worth it. Like the art style too. Shima is so kind, good, tall and handsome boy. He got it all. I really like him. Favorite character so far. |
| Mitsumi is a really nice and entertaining character. Her barefoot running made me laugh hard - it just shows that she is from the countryside. And how she puked on the teacher was just hilarious. Poor girl, she got even named "the barfing girl". |

| Episode 1 literally put a smile on my face, especially the running scene. Not to mention the speech scene, Mitsumi Iwakura literally freestyle her way delivering it lol. Great start for a romcom anime, especially on the "comedy" part. |

| A really nice episode, I loved it! It seems like it's going to be a really lighhearted funny anime, and I'm down for it. Mitsumi has a personality I wasn't expecting, and Shima has also a really nice and kind personality, I wasn't expecting him to have, I thought he would have that "cool class guy" personality, but no, that surprised me. I'm looking foward to see how this anime will develop. P.A. Works doesn't usually release adaptations, so I'm really excited to see how Skip to Loafer will be! The opening was really good too, I saw from the get go it was the same singer that this Fire Forces' 1st Ending, because his voice is just so unique! Also, the art style is quite unique in this anime, as expected from P.A. Works! |
| At first I was thinking about writing "a typical rom-com anime". But I changed my mind, that's because I discovered that every rom-com anime just states the same triangle, but gives you different feelings. And for skip and loafer, I have seen this situation that iwakura is in many times before in other animes. There is a boy and two girls, one of them is just not brilliant enough to understand the situation she is in, and the other one is aware about this insufficiency and uses this to gain the boy's heart. but the boy is into the other girl. But, the difference is, Sosuke's attitude towards iwakura. Just beginning from the first episode, he just gave the aura that he had started having some feelings for iwakura when he saw her struggling to catch up to the school ceremony. He is like an open book. That's what makes Sosuke very very friendly... Not just Sosuke, but iwaukra felt the same way too. And beside iwakura, he put a distance with the other girl so smoothly. The relationship they have now is stable and also not much exciting yet. But I see the potential about this relationship to be very cute and sincere. The scenes i saw are very friendly and fun to watch. I wonder what will happen in the future, because as i said even if this is the similar triangle in most rom-com anime, some things are still different and every little detail that they state, may lead to a different ending after all. My personal opinion is, i am having fun, just by watching 2 episodes before everything gets complicated. Also, i wasn't thinking about giving a different anime as an example but, the drawing style somehow reminded me Kimi no todoke(From Me To You) and the same feelings that i had when I watched it just mixed up with new ones and a new flower bloomed. I thought the relationship that Sawako and Kazehaya had just for a second, then i thought about what iwakura and Sosuke might have in the future. I haven't watched enough to talk more, but from the start, i feel like i did the right thing choosing this anime from my 200 anime plan-to-watch list...  |
