| A one year time skip... This episode introduced a tournament and oh boy, Seika had his hands full. Amu herself also got herself involved with some fighting although the most interesting part of the episode is that Mabel Crane girl. She didn't look that impressive to me but still featured in this episode. I'm also starting Amu more in this anime now. |

| Damn amu got a real reality check with Maybel. You can tell that was eating at her all episode. Maybel is one of the more interesting characters we’ve been introduced to so far. Love her personality and skill set. Perfect rival to push Amu Wouldn’t be an isekai without a tournament arc, this one’s off to a wild start. Bro just straight up murdered the first challenger. Can’t wait to see seika take him on. |

| Good pacing of the anime so far, the announcement at the beginning of the episode happens at the end. Very satisfaying. And the challengers won't take it easy. Great isekai for now. |
| Not a bad episode, encapsulated within itself. Kind of an odd/awkward jump in time from the last ep, but it stands on its own in the flow of time and story, although it felt like it lost a little too much inertia. Whatever, the series is not a perfect masterpiece, we'll see by the end of the season. That last duel was dark AF, and I didn't expect the shift in tone to be so sudden and violent (despite proper foreshadow by the enigmatic new character Mabel Crane - I do love that name). Strange to hear the cheers at that death, rattling and dispiriting at the atrocity exhibition, real bread and circuses stuff. I guess at the end of this episode, after some brief reflection, I feel a bit underwhelmed, but not disappointed. I am curious to see where they take this story. |
| pretty big timeskip to begin the episode but eh idm. We got a tournament arc with the introduction of a new girl Maybell who is an underclassmen (who enrolled a year late, and is the same age as Amu and Seika), she seems pretty strong as well!! Seika's one true weakness is really carts or motion sickness aint it. Seika's round one fight was really over like that damn, the dude flew. That Kyle guy with the eye seems terrifying, as Seika said he seems like he is used to killing people. I really hope we see Seika fight him, I wanna see how he counters it. Although I wanna see Maybell and Seika fight in the semi's, I know she wont be a pushover so it will be interesting |

| The ED is always a soothing song after a great episode! However, I'm also disappointed. They skipped one year? Just when the series is getting an interesting turn of events? THEY SKIPPED ONE YEAR? WTF?!!! So many things to look forward to and at the same time, so many opportunities lost from the time skip, but it was still an enjoyable episode. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| There we go. Biggest sin of shit anime strikes again, another tournament. How lazy do you have to be to resort to most common trope of all anime instead of writing a compelling story without resorting to schools, tournaments and/or dungeons. Surely there are other places where conflicts and drama can be developed. |

| I found it interesting that he assumed the unknown uncle was from his father's side. If he already knows his mother has brother's, why did he discount them? Mabel looked a bit scared at the end. Bravado disappeared upon seeing a fatality possibly. |

| The welcome ceremony as sophomores, and both Seika and Yifa getting called to meet the Principal, there's nothing but bad vibes from this. The Principal requesting a discipline combat tournament, of which there are 2 slots with one given to the new student Mabel Crane and not one given to Amyu but either the two. And if the point of choosing who is the perfect representation to go, there's nothing better than a duel to assess Mabel's strength, which she exerts with little effort to spare. That said, both servant and hero accompany both Seika and Mabel to the capital, and Mabel is not so found of small talk like these while Seika almost gets carsick on the way. This tournament isn't a high-profile one, so Seika and Mabel can go all out anyways. But the match with Belem vs. Kyle, the latter is worth noting for literally battling an evil eye. Fatality or not, this tournament is an eye-catcher. |

| Bro why is this anime like way better than I thought it'd be lol So we get another character added to the roster: Mabel Crane, and the first thing she does is knock Amyu down a peg (although she did use magic to do it), and I love Amyu ditching school to instead go with Seika and Mabel lol oh and ofc Yifa had to tag along too, can't forget them! Also... OH GOD DENNIS IS DEAD 0_o LOL got folded in like two seconds Awesome episode overall :D looking forward to the next one! |

| Wow, they really skipped the entire first year of school, huh. I get that the first year might have been uneventful, but they could have done better. They didn't even so much as a slideshow montage...although now that I think about it, I guess the ED theme serves that purpose, if it shows them going on adventures as a trio during the summer break or something similar. I see that Amu has switched to the mythril sword. Wonder where they got the scabbard for it or had it specifically made. Sucks for that guy in the tournament who couldn't move. Even worse when the crowd cheered at his death. What a way to rub salt in the wound. Overall I liked this episode, and I'm glad the OP/ED is back. I like the music so much that I don't skip them. |

| barely 2 episodes after they started school and ... "it's hard to believe that an year already passed" lol ok Efa helping Amu with her grades, Efa was rank 1 after all lol no more demons attack for almost an year, nice for them at 52 seconds, this guy looks familiar... ELEGANTO :v the principal is a dwarf woman, and she knew Seika's uncle... whoever that is she wants Seika and Efa to enter this art of wars tournament, together with Maybell (lol forget they are already senpais) ... surprised that Amu isn't chosen then, she is the strongest ... oh she got mad haha they were talking about Maybell being chosen by some noble work and not because of herself, and Maybell had to call Amu weak for not being chosen time for a little sword duel and... i didn't expect her to lose so easily lmao i like how Maybell is like "yeah go back to your princess life" hahaha then again, she was using some magic on her sword, so it's not completely fair on the way to the tournament, and Efa and Amu joined them, it seems Amu didn't have permission for that, and will sleep in Efa's room, interesting lol Maybell is such a serious girl, damn meanwhile Seika isn't good with traveling in a carriage, and Amu wanted to call a cart LOL Amu making some dirty jokes lol anyway, the girls will go explore the city while Seika does some exploration with his shikigamis and the tournament starts right away, with some rules like leaving the arena, giving up or... losing that amulet that takes damage for them Seika is the 1st to enter, and he is facing a delinquent (who lost his noble status for bad behaviour), and that guy really looks down on mages since they take forever to use spells that being said, Seika has an headache so he wants to end the fight quickly, and so he did just that ... just take one hit and appear behind the enemy and blast him away lols while going back to his seat, Seika dropped some more shikigamis for protection, while Yuki told him to be careful with how he stands out and how fast he burns his shikigamis the next fight, one of the guys used his eye power to make the enemy stop with fear and then... killed him , wow lol some people were scared, but many others were having fun watching that |

| I can't believe Amu lost... wtf, even if she didn't anticipate her opponent using magic, but still... big shock -_- Fuck that Grey guy, I imagine being that poor opponent of his, entering the tournament not thinking i'd die, thinking its all a spectacle only to die like that. What a shit way to die.That Grey is an experienced murderer... On the bright side we might be able to get to see some challenge for otherwise omnipotent MC |
| I wonder why Seika didn't refuse that offer. Well if not it would get bored now that there's no threat in the school...at least not yet. That Kyle is brutal. Would love to see how Seika fight if they meet in the arena. Maybelle pointing out MC is carefree. Well he is after what happened in his past life, but he would still be powerful. |

Seems like the principal knows Seika's father very well, not the Count though. Mabel is introduced. Mabel is arrogant. Amyu was too once. Let's see how she turns out. Another spiritual caster. |
