I was watching ep 8, when myne gives kamil the doll with the bell, which is when I realized there's only one bed in only one bedroom in that apartment, which means:

Was tuuli in there when kamil was, you know, conceived? I'm not sure there's such a thing as love hotels there. Maybe they waited until she was in a deep sleep, or maybe they made her watch... I lean towards the latter, since all that rocking of the bed would not let me sleep at all.

Food for thought.

I'll just propose a theory....

1) from the story we already know that effa and Karla are quite close. So they sent myne and Tuuli over there for a night so that they could do their business.

if that one doesn't cut it for you then try this one....

2) they snuck out into the dining room at the middle of the night to get into some serious baby making rituals.

considering that they've shown effa to be a very sensible woman i highly doubt they did it in front of their kids.

3) I'm just covering the last base now so stick with me here..... maybe..... just maybe in this magical isekai the storks actually deliver the baby.
Just saying, pick whichever one you like. XD

Myne entered the temple in the summer, Tuuli is also an apprentice at this time, so if Effa and Gunther both had the same day off, and Myne and Tuuli could have been out of the house due to work. No reason why making Kamil had to occur at night time
