| Wow so much for the remaining of the season, eh? Im sad that im not watching this at its airing time, but oh well, it is what it is... After figuring out Haine initial rampage hunger motive, and the turn-off tv visual surprise end of the previous episode, its battle time here. They almost finished her and the big guy off. But too bad, Haine manage to pile something under her sleeve and ran away. Imagine, she running away! And all the whole squad manage to survive and Mio shadow get captured too! Holy shit summertime render really beyond my expectation with their hype episode, and its still not over. Good shit... |

| Incredible episode especially with everyone surviving and dealing some massive hits to those sick monsters Shide and Haine. I kinda suspect either Sou's father or the guy he was talking to on the phone few eps ago to be inside Shide. |

| Most shounen episode till date but at least it didn't look like shit. Some very good animation sequences here and there. So does Tokiko actually have the hots for Mio? Or did I just misinterpret her lines and actions... again? Also I don't know why but seeing former traitor Tokiko acting like an edgelord after having been played like fiddle not too long ago bothers me a lot. So... does this also mean Sou can have his own Mio now? |

| Kojima finally went all out, bringing this also to his own new studio Bug Films. The episode director, being a veteran in the Pokemon franchise, especially implementing the use of the 3D space and backgrounds in XY, also put a lot of focus on that. Especially good to see Takeshi Maenami on this ep, he's an one of a kind animator. 2nd half of the episode was just non-stop action just somehow trying to have a clash leading to the wonderful climax, I doubt the show can top something like this. |

| I bet it's Sou's father who is inside that thing, only dude that comes to mind. I have to say the show is getting a bit stale, it's still good though. But after the bad guys won again and again, seeing them just escape from a bad situation like that is kind of a bummer. |

| This was definitely the episode where they jumped the shark. Just got way too clever here. As an anime watcher I have no idea what's going on...he's past the point of no return all of a sudden? Suddenly it's endgame? That's a heckuva blow. This series has been accelerating faster and faster for manga readers, leaving a poor pace. And now I'm totally lost, we entered a final match with little warning and it was hard to figure out why anything was happening. This series has been uncomfortable from the start because of the fast pace, but this was truly the point where it ceased to make sense. So many bad guy reveals so quickly. I know they're trying to be original, but I wonder if this was as confusing in the manga? We're surely going to get answers to all this, right? I feel left behind. |

| Some really cool action sequences and creative use of Ushio's powers. Also Shin having a bulletproof vest was such a good misdirect, did not see that coming. The show feels like it's wrapping up even though there's still ten episodes left, so I'm expecting one more big revelation that flips everything on its head. |
| Crazy action this episode and it looked fantastic. They managed to survive throughout this ordeal with Haine and Shide thinking he's about to die so they can make sure to fully prepare. We are learning a LOT of rules suddenly though, the time limit, the way they can even copy air and gases (if it's in a container of some sort) etc. I guess it's to establish the limits. |

| Big shadow/shide is really a menace He feels 100% like the real villain while this “god” just hides behind him I bet shide is the ringleader I mean while this god’s control is being overpowered shide is straight up an immortal menace |

| Somewhat OOT, I finally noticed that both Ushio and Mio have athletic, agile and flexible bodies so they can move so fast. That honestly helps a lot in conditions like this. And Ushio looks a hundred times more beautiful with her current haircut even though it's a result of the incident she made lol. That moment when Shinpei dropped the lighter was somehow very cool. I didn't expect them to use a plan like that... burning down the school hall! I was a bit worried when Tokiko's pet shadows could be controlled by Haine, luckily Ushio acted faster than that. Nezu was really cool too! I'm sure he was really nervous and probably scared when he shot Shide. Also, I think it might be very beneficial for Shinpei's side if they shot Haine in the eye? I'm not sure but it seems like it would be quite difficult for her to move freely if her eye is injured. Now, can Mio's shadow also be controlled by Ushio...? Oh and just my random thoughts, are they, or at least Shinpei, not worried about Alan anymore? Just in the previous episode he called Alan but didn't get through, and now that Shinpei is repeating the time after being shot, he didn't try to call Alan again to make sure? |
