MAL says there’s 12 episodes but I Just finished the Manga and it’s only halfway through. Season 1 is chapters 1-30 and ends after EIKO vs Azalea. Season 2 is chapters 30-72.

Good animes have a very small chance of getting sequels. A quite common rule of thee anime world

I don’t really see the need for this show to get a season 2. If it does it might be announced right after the season ends, so who knows.

I dont think there will be,most anime are just for the manga's commercial,however if the anime popularity is massive(which is not) then there are fair chances.

i hope but i don't think it will get new season but it depends on the popularity in the japan so who knows.(i mean manga hasn't popularity in the west but had a anime adaption which means it has enough popularity to get anime adaption in japan and i don't know japan so who knows{i am waiting for people who knows as well})

PA Works has never done a sequel, so I wouldn't get my hopes up. Might get a movie but chances of a sequel are slim at best.

PA Works has also never done a 'from manga only' adaptation until now. It was originals and shorter novel series, so who knows at this point. We can hope.

this is the last anime for which someone's gonna read the manga for after watching season 1. it's a singing show with eiko's performances as the highlight, why on earth would anyone want to read a manga? this anime needs a season 2 so bad.

I never understand when people say something doesn't need another season. Good shows are good shows, who even cares if they are tied up perfectly in a bow. People like myself would be ecstatic with further content, even if it declines. He'll if I liked it enough I'd be Hella content with a blatant money grab as long as it still had the characters I came to adore. Idk. Do you never feel that way? Not ever?

Many people like a short story, they don’t want it ruined (I.e The Promised Neverland). Some shows I welcome a spin-off or second season. But for a show like this, it was nice, but it’s also ok that it doesn’t continue. For my favorite shows, sure, I want more. But for something that is short and sweet, it’s fine that a show simply stays that way.
