| Whoa, this got serious again with a surgerial operation. This episode also shows how talented and experienced Ria is compare to the others. Compared to others, it feels like her song is more elegant. |

| Kana has always been the wildcard of people: the typical childlike aspiration of dreams abound. Yet another surgery operation, only this time, the patient (Noda Ichiro) is the doctor which Kana saw to clear her asthma when she was young, and is both Ria and Nagisa's teacher in the hospital whom spearheaded the vocal treatment phase as its director. Clearly, healing through singing in this operation will easily rackle anyone's nerves fur to his position. Ria's hugs and days of relentless daily singing practices to the T prepares the healer trio forthcoming to the day of the surgery, but nothing could prepare them for Ria's singing, which is just another marvel on its own that's built upon her years of talent and experience as the Karasuma Hospital's "witch" (or more like goddess). The abstract visuals really do pop when Ria takes centerstage, and that's how you know that her vocal treatment is truly worthy of her popular reputation. Ria is easily on a league of her very own. |

| First time we’ve got a Ria focused episode and it was great! That was definitely a very difficult surgery to perform, without the girls it could have gone very wrong. Also just shows how much the girls have left to learn. |

| Great episode! Reimi was very happy with that hug from Ria sensei! The girls also have a big job again with singing during the operation of Ria's old teacher! It seems that the operation goes very well with the help of Ria and the girls. 'They call her a witch? She's more like a goddess!' It was nice to see that the surgery went perfectly this time without any hiccups that happened last time, though that could all be put down to the fact that this time Ria sensei came along! Looking forward to the next episode! |

| Another fun episode! One aspect that really stood out to me today was the lighting during the scene when they step outside. It's delicate and soft with an emphasis on the shadows cast throughout their bodies. It really sets the mood for Ria to comfort each of her students. Halloween episode next week! Hype! |
| It was great to finally be able to see not just a glimpse of Ria but giving it her 100% an episode full of fanservice for Reimi. |
| Good episode again, Ria being blonde in college is actually pretty funny. The visuals during the surgery were pretty good as well, but I just can't imagine singing for hours like that, Ria just built different I guess. |

| This was quite a stressful episode for the girls but thankfully Ria-sensei is there to help and calm them down. It must be hard having the burden to do everything without mistakes like Ria can do and that makes her more amazing to me. She's the perfect guide that the girls needed. Another banger of an episode. |

| Lol i agree, Kana dream really like a typical childlike dream with all those different kind of dream. But at the end, it's needs all the very important person to take the real dream into her personal, until now. Interesting to see this is kinda like the first time Karasuma sensei did a full-time job healing the patient with her soothing sing, and she still struggling when talking about a long-term handling like that. Though, after all, once again, it's needs all the very important person to take the deal into her true personal. So its ood for you, and the girls too with all that experience. But i think the visual can be a little bit of more creative with the fantasy telling rather than showing me a straight up how the surgery and healing sing taken care of those polyps. Since the visual when they handle the young mother and her baby from the first half of season can be an example of a better visualization. But its just my personal take. So it's fine no matter what... |

| Good to see Ria-sensei live up to the hype created around her skills. She came through for this surgery. Part of me did wonder if the director was sick on purpose in order to test them but I don't think that's the case. |

| So nice to hear Ria taking the spotlight this time! But I feel like every time she sings, the mixing is a bit weird, as if they're lowering the volume of her voice on purpose, and I'm struggling to hear her voice. I felt this way too in episode 2(?) when she took over for Kana and Sonia with the pregnant lady. I want to hear her full voice, but I wonder if they made that choice since Takagaki Ayahi's voice is so powerful :') Anyways, great episode. Just like the previous surgery episode, it's incredible how half an episode can be dedicated to singing and surgery yet still be so engaging! |

| Holy shit, that was absolutely beautiful. My ears, my eyes and most importantly, my heart have been blessed. It's great to finally see a Ria focused episode, I am sure Reimi is happy as well. We got Ria giving all the headpats and hugs this episode as well, very soothing. Glad the operation went swimmingly, can't help but always worry when they're doing a big operation. Now we better go see the girls watch NJPW or something before the season ends lmao, especially after seeing the next episode preview, Hibiki needs some wrestling. |

| Yes, it was such an important operation that Karasuma put a lot of effort into it, they all made an effort to make sure it went well and it is something that was achieved, they ended up exhausted but it was worth it to help the important person of their teacher. |
| Sometimes things should go a little wrong in these operations to give the show that edge. Beautiful performance nonetheless. |

| The past 3 episodes have been the best of this show so far. It’s peaking at the right time and I get the feeling it’s not slowing down. The singing was great and the visualization of the surgery was one of the best so far. Pacing was a bit fast to get to the surgery, but it was a necessary evil because 2 episodes would have been really drawing it out. I wish Kana would have at least had a conversation with the patient since he was why she wanted to be a doctor and all. |
| purely wonderful episode! SSS-class healer Mistress/Shishou powers was overwhelming it seemed like she didn't even need those three back-up MC gals anymore huh... Takagaki Ayahi's powerful singing voice truly nailed it! a true master in singing! lolz 5/5! |

| That was a nice singing Could totally turn that into actual Theatrical performance. ___ ___ ___ And as said in-episode, They need to make a new Title for Healers,, instead of "witches" Ria is "Goddess class" Also, as I said before, looks like the songs is mostly used to calm down the surgeons and patient. But this time Ria's singing was able to provide some actual physical healing, such as closing the wounds that was stitched up by the surgeons. Doing so makes it easier for the surgeons cause they no longer need to worry about the stitch opening back up while they're working on other parts of the procedure. |
