Is Naofumi Overpowered as they say?

While the others still treat it as a game, overestimating their own abilities. When you think you have no room for improvement, your skills aren't as sharp or refined. Ever notice how their teammates usually just hang back and let them show off? This leads to them growing in level, but teammates not gaining all that valuable fighting experience.

While Naofumi's team all work as one. Whats better, some level 80 with useless teammates, or a bunch of level 60's who form a strong team with great battle tactics.
