its a good rom com with very funny episodes. If you want something casual and slice of life type then i recommend it.

I like the manga better and considering I haven’t read a lot of manga in general it’s one of my favorites. Although because I read the manga I can’t help but watch to see how the story comes out in episode form. Definitely love the story but I recommend the manga over the anime.

I agree with @Scordolo and @DigantaDas , also not just cringe but very repititive... almost the same shit alternatively,I enjoyed some Najimi moments in S1 but that's it,S2 isn't entertaining anymore. It's fairly mid and overrated I'd say.

Anime is pretty good , The manga was very enjoyable but now in the recent chapters there are just too many characters honestly the author trusts the readers too much to remember these many characters.Proof for this is chapter 351 the whole chapter was just spent to introduce characters plus the author is putting where the specific character appeared which just proves there are too many characters.

I get that the main point is getting 100 friends, but there is overpopulation of characters in the series.

I liked reading the manga better than watching the anime. I felt that her cuteness and the story was better written instead of act it out.

You'll notice that they skipped some portions of the manga everytime they show the episodes "mission" i.e. Mission 18, and then goes to Mission 20 or 21 next episode. If you want to know everything that happens, read the manga. Other than that, this gives a good base line of what happens regardless. I personally enjoyed it anyways

You gotta ask yourself: Do you enjoy cringy archetype characters? Are you fond of episodic slice of life that leads to nowhere when it comes to development and progression? Do you enjoy loud and obnoxious voice acting?

Komi-San is one of the worst anime in recent memory.

This is controversional but this show sucks all the char are weird and i hate them all this show is not enjoyable in my opinion so i droped.I bared myself through season 1 and dropped after s2 ep 2 it sucks and im glad

Besides seeing that F***ng yamai’s face which will make ur day ruin. The show is gud (only Tadano X Komi X osana-najimi that’s it but it’s a different thing u can’t ask too much since the manga also covers yamai Ass***e face)well if u ask me I’ve dropped it coz of Yamini hate her a lot beyond ur expectations 😒

i have heard that the anime has way less content then the manga but every episode feels like its an hour long. so much happens in just 1 episode that ir feels like you are watching a 2 hour long movie or something. with almost every episode i watched i checked the time and episode number to see if i accidental started a new episode or not. i don't get this with a lot of shows but i would strongly reccomend it

I’m kinda biased since Komi was the first anime that I actually liked and is what made me interested in watching anime, but I love it. Watch the sub since it is better, and I honestly really love the show. At 12 episodes it’s not a huge time sink. I’d say watch the first three and then if you aren’t enjoying it then move on.

If you like casual, slice of life animes, it’s totally worth watching! Though for people not into animes like that it’d likely be pretty disappointing or boring

No,you can also watch first 2 episodes and see if it suits you. For me it was absolute piece of garbage, I believe the anime has high ratings because of exaggerated komi face expression.It is hell boring to watch
