What's your opinion about Orient

So when I first started watching Orient it was Really really good, but everytime on my head there's a big question "Is a good anime or a completely garbage?" so what's your opinion about Orient?

Part of the orient is located in the MIDdle east.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron

It's not that bad but for now it seems kinda basic, I hope Part 2 would be more interesting for the story and the characters, that for now are not that special.
I think is a good anime but I don't know if I would recommend this.

I’m probably the only one who thought it was fine towards the end…but everything before that (episode 7ish I think) was meh to generally boring. Most of the other criticism about the show also stems from what seems to be a very good author “phoning it in” per say. He made this work called Magi that was adapted years ago that was said to be incredible. I’m not really interested in watching it, so I guess I’m basically ignoring that part of the criticism, lol.

But yeah, if you wanted to jump in now…you could? It’s hard to say with this show, but to make things easier you could just not watch it, because it isn’t anything spectacular. It was just there to pass time really.

Pretty decent Shounen, not special but okay. I think its still to early to judge orient, the story literally just started and it didn’t happend much in S1. Overall 6/10

When I first heard of it I heard the creator of orient also made magi, which made me have high hopes for it. I will say I was a bit disappointed. I still enjoyed it, but I could say it seems to have a younger target audience. It feels like watching fairy tail or Naruto kinda. I’d say it’s a solid 6.

Honestly, I really like the relationship between Musashi and Kojirou. The world and plot are cool enough, though I think they could’ve done the whole “So we Bushi were right and the demon lords are actually evil!” revelation a LOT better. They make a lot of seemingly important moments seem dull and gloss over them. There’s just a lot of really basic direction issues. And the Microsoft Powerpoint-level animation doesn’t help much either.

It was enjoyable enough. Hopefully the budget for the next season increases.

It was garbage until ep 8. Afterwards it started getting better. I finished it rated it a 4/10 and intend on watching s2 when it comes out.

i'n my opinion this anime have all to be awesome. Story behind, progress of the characters, graphics are good too. That's why I gave a classification of 9/10.

lol go read the manga, it wont kill anyone. the manga it’s a masterpiece tbh. the two first arcs are pretty basic i admit, they are like introductory arcs. it gets more interesting when the obsidian eight is involved in the plot. the manga’s art is just so beautiful, so is the color of each the volume covers. i like the way the story develops slowly at first. once again, go read the manga cuz the anime’s artstyle, animation & color hurts my eyes. i ve always been considering why people always tend to focus on the anime when the manga is the original version.

Not bad sad that most of the production is outsourced to A-Line but that’s due A.C.G.T being busy with helping J.C.Staff in Eden Zero.
