I understand why people could not be fans. There are parts here and there where the writing could be a smidge better. Personally, however, I really enjoyed the show. I think the premise, despite being very outlandish, is incredibly unique. It’s a nice breath of fresh air. It wouldn’t be the first thing I’d recommend to people, but it certainly wouldn’t be the last.

Absolutely.
I felt like gleipnir was really original and executed in a way that was enjoyable. It’s prolly not for everyone considering it was a bit weird but it was good nonetheless.

It was mid for me. The things I liked about this anime were some character designs and maybe some fight scenes, but that's about it.

If only we could get a season 2. Thought it was a decent show. The last few episodes kinda lost me tbh.

Most people dont criticize the story but the erotic scenes and the sexualization of under age girls though I dont mind i could see why people do and find it disturbing. I also enjoyed the story but people get distracted by the erotic scenes without making any effort to look past that and try to see and experience the story.

It was okay for me. I, indeed, thought and still think that it's kinda weird tho. I didn't like the overly sexualized scenes and I didn't quite get the idea of the anime. 4/10 for me.

I really enjoyed the show. It was enough to keep my attention and it was very unique— but like a bit more on the strange side. Sure, there were a few things that I wish were better or done a bit more tastefully but, overall I enjoyed it~

i thought it was the definition of mediocre honestly. felt like a shitty Tokyo Ghoul knockoff from beginning to end, plus random horny scenes that felt out of place and annoyed me more than anything.

however, i was blown away by the soundtrack, so props to everyone who worked on that

it had many protruding episodes and things which were more outstanding than most of the plot. I’d put there last episodes For sure cause they were mindblowing and made me increase the rating

One of the few edgy anime I genuinely enjoyed. Story was... oddly interesting and Clair's character was so entertaining to watch. Never a dull moment when she was on screen.

Ya it's kind weird but still it's really good and intresting story. I like it so much, hope it will get sequal. it's should get more popular and more rating but the studio adapted manga change the manga story in so many parts in anime.

I actually really liked Gleipnir, was unique and interesting and I’m very disappointed it’s not getting a second season. I think some people didn’t like it cuz of the super over sexualization and the weird dubstep music, and also maybe the plot was kind of all over the place and not fully clear, but it was just good enough to deserve a season 2 and explain itself and expand on the world a bit more.

I'm not really sure what value you are expecting to get out of this poll. Majority of people who are in the forums for a specific anime tends to be because they enjoy said anime. The results are always the same for polls like this, no matter what.

If you're wondering if people liked it or not, just check the stats for the anime. Then you'll see the exact spread of ratings people have.

My personal thoughts is that it's bad/below average. They focus a lot of attention on edginess/shock value and fanservice instead of delivering compelling story/characters.

I thought it was okay. The show is weird but also pretty unique. Some of the fights were good. The plot and characters surprisingly caught my attention, and I kinda wish it was developed more. I might check out the manga

I completed this show with no expectetion and i can say story vise that its not bad. Its not something that i would say wow its grate but it wasnt boring to watch and it didnt feel like a chore. I will defintly give Gl. Manga a shot to see if this will get any better or stay the same.

First answer why my opinion should matter here.

This is a public discussion. He just asked the opinion from random people. So, it doesn't matter if anyone's opinion matters or not and anyone's opinion doesn't change the approach of the OP towards the anime.

You using AOT as an example shows what level of standard you have.

Also it's clear to most people that beyblade is highly rated in their list because of nostalgia and not because they consider it as one of the most well made anime ever.

@Mantron it has nothing to do and or matters what standard one has. It obviously disproves the person in question judgement if they have a tendency to make egregious claims. Your reasoning is nothing but cope because regardless of what era it was produced in. From a clear and objective standpoint you are adamantly admitting beyblade is better than aot and to trying to disguise it as lucrative when in fact is ludicrous is beguiling.
