This anime is the only member of the Isekai Quartet which didn't get a Season 2. What are your thoughts?
The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious (light novel)
| I can't say I'm disappointed and I like isekai genre very much. It was very mediocre for me and I don't think this will get sequel/season 2 either but who knows if they included their characters in Isekai Quartet maybe the possibility of sequel or season 2 is higher than I think. |

| Doesn't get a second season since the third volume is too brutal and can not be animated. Damn that volume was awesome. I recommend you to check the books instead. |

| It really doesn't need (and in my opinion shouldn't get) a season 2. It ended on a pretty good note, and I don't think that all anime needs to be pressured to have a season 2. |

| I think this is more so since it lacks the popularity of the other series, but hopefully it gets another season. |

| Eventhough i havent seen Isekai Quartet yet, i think the reason is simply bcoz of the tone switch on the last few eps. I think Ristarte's comedic antics will be gone after all that happened. She will now understand the hero better & she will be more serious/mature as a support. Their comedic antics is the appeal of the show but once its gone it will lose its magic & i think thats why there are no season 2 announcement so far. |
