Damn, the monsters in this show just gets more and more brutal.

Looks like the party had trouble taking down that oversized ogre-like monster until Torii landed the finishing blow. He probably shouldn't have charged in recklessly like that though.

It's really hard to put your finger on this show. This is what it feels like when I'm watching it. Anyway, it needed to be done, someone had to do it, so Keita did. Poor Iris. She was annoying but still a child, nobody deserves that.

Monsters in this show are really getting intelligent with each passing episode. It's like watching an AI learn things from each previous generation. Ranun finally started to talk again. Nice to see him back to his personality tho we have never seen him talk before but it's still hard for a little kid to lost his mother. That mysterious city was quite interesting to see. Surely, it's a surprise that 321 people are living there. Is that the New Eden they were talking about in the previous episode?

Bye bye iris. She was hella annoying, but in a little stuck up kid kind of way, so it’s weird to see her go. So the brother talks? And there’s a random village with the survivors inside of it? I smell something hella fishy. Damn that ending got me good

Iris was annoying as hell, but she doesn't deserve that thing at all.
The culprit is the first person everyone met, Jezzbe. That's pretty surprising.

Jezby being the bishop is actually a nice little surprise, wasn’t expecting that. Wonder if she’ll be properly evil or just misguided. Next week’s finale should be interesting.

I’m also glad we got rid of iris because she was annoying af.

Wtf just happened. That reveal at the end that Jezby is the dragon bishop just blew my mind. Holy cow that's nuts. So basically the dragon bishop disguised themselves as a little girl, used their magic in some way to fool everyone into believing that Jezby had been part of their whole lives, tricked the heroes into coming to the village probably hoping to kill them for good, they've been the one who killed the village chief and infected iris, and been draining everyone of energy since the escape so they couldn't make it far. By God is this some master plan alright. I didn't even come close to seeing this coming. I even started to suspect Cantil was somehow behind it but damn. Disguising yourself as a kid like that is messed up. I wonder if the dragon bishop has been luring them towards the meteorite knowing the monsters are stronger because of it. One bright spot is that Yotsuya actually found new Eden. Hopefully the other heroes figure out what he did and can go there. But talk about a huge twist to pull right before the finale. Hope this gets wrapped up in some meaningful way next episode.

YELP, Iris is struck by the wireworm, and this is the only way that she can go: swift death, at the hands of Torii.

Knowing what happened on Jiffon Island with the Dragon Bishop, Yotsuya and the others can't afford to be cautious enough should he take revenge and be responsible for this chapter. Ksuue and Shindou got completely obliterated, even if for a moment, and Torii the MVP lols.

Forget that for now, even stronger monsters are here, and Cantil is still alive? Though he's aged qute a fair bit, and the Dragon Bishops are still an imminent threat between them and sorcerers like Cantil whom got saved by Fatima, the one that saved Yuka's life in the blizzard at the end of Season 1.

At first, I'd thought that Jazby is just making a scene, but as it turns out, she's the real Dragon Bishop enemy that Yotsuya and the other Heroes must face, while trenching upon an underground land.

Honestly though, this show needs like multiple seasons to tell of its story because of the slow build-up (which makes the original source material good in the first place), though getting at this point is satisfactory enough.

I admit, I did not see that one coming. Expected Lanan to be the cause of the recent problems due to being a worm carrier based on his silence, so Jezby being the real villain came as quite the surprise. In hindsight, really should have known better, seeing how, other than the heroes, she was the only one who came ("back") to the village from the outside and could have brought any trouble with her.

Or towards "New Eden" to drain the people there as well, although at this point we can't be quite sure whether she actually knew it was there, or just got lucky with the meteorite in the same direction.

Well, Cantil came back and became a sorcerer after becoming Fanitas pupil. His main goal is to defeat the Dragon Bishops. And there was one nearby, it was Jezby. Hiding in a child form, pretty nasty trick. Yousuke managed to find ''New Eden'' a town that doesn't really have a name because it does not have any connections to the outside world. Not sure on how they'll wrap it up but the last arc was honestly just bad. The first 4-5 episodes were amazing, hopefully it can deliver a good ending.

And S3 will probably be announced cause it is what it is.

Wow, what a twist! But one thing that I interest the most is that, somehow I think the anime, the whole anime, was inspired by "Jack the Giant Killer" and "Jack and the Beanstalk", strange right? But I get this idea from the characters' clothes. And this episode even has a giant bean.

The only one that makes this show is better than other isekais just the plot twist there. Few people sus Jezby and most people hate Iris and her grandpa but they don't know that Jezby is actually Dragon Bishop. Nice Glenda, keep it up!!!

Atleast this time, Archer and Spearman did a good job. MC finally revealed the mystery about New Eden. But i feel it strange since the first one who talking that was Jezby.

everybody watching this would have at some point thought 'Iris's already done for, make her die' while not expecting it to happen. This anime did it. And now we're all like 'wtf they f*cking did it'.

Great episode, you expect normal an obvious plot but here nothing happened like a generic animen that's why it's good and deserve a score a bit more than 'under 7' in MAL standard, well.

the monsters attacking the protagonist's group and animation was even good compared to the previous episodes.

Yuusuke is putting people aside to focus on the new Eden.

This submerged city in the sea is amazing how they built it under or in of the waterfall.

Rip Iris, she can't be saved. Dragon Bishop was the real mastermind all over again, and surprisingly its Jezby. Well, from the previous episode, i already thought there's something wrong with those little girl habit. Iris also with Jezby when her granpa death. So, yeah, i suspect thats why Iris could be infected there. Because the crystal actually the one behind the abnormality of the monster, its not same with the worm case.

I also suspect that her objective actually lead the group into those under water town. With the help of the abnormality of the monster, Zagroth dilemma with the pseudo-destruction, and the nescience of the great heroes, she herded everyone on a journey with a wish of resurrecting the dragon. But, too bad, Glenn already know whats goin on, and Yuusuke also able to finding out the hidden town. So, yeah, lets close everything without any other doubt....

Always thought Lanan would be the dragon bishop, I didn't expect it would be Jezby. But it does make a whole lotta sense. Iris was indeed as annoying as her grandpa, but damn, she did not deserve that.

The writing in this arc is still a downgrade from the previous arcs overall, but at least it was an entertaining episode.

so, Maho Film did change the plot after Jiffon right?

too bad, it meant no more s3 I'm guessing since they altered the plot and made original ending.

albeit, pretty nice surprise in this episode

A twist, eh, that nobody could predict, eh. Seems fair, eh.

I think it would've been more fun if the show had insinuated that there could be a dragon bishop present a few eps ago. Adds a bit more to the reveal.

I almost thought for a second that the parasite monsters came from the meteorite that crashed landed, but no, it gives a boost in magic power instead. Seems legit.

Because she was "already dead", they said at the beginning of this arc that you can't save people possessed by those bugs.

I felt like it was Jezby for awhile now, so I'm glad we finally got confirmation for it. But Glen talking to her when we've seen Jezby already destroy one city seems shortsighted. Why give Jezby a chance to destroy everyone again by letting her know that you know her true identity?

Felt bad for Iris. She was a spoiled brat but she didn't deserve that.
