Yikes, people shouldn't blame each other on others fault especially with character reptuations.

I did expect some drama in this show but it looks like this anime may have plenty of that. Kinda expected it tbh. Being a new manga artist isn't easy.

Is every episode gonna be the episodic story of the problematic girl-of-the-week being saved by these fairy Bishounens, only for them to confront their worse nightmares and let these Bishounens be their problem solver?

If that's the case then it's just wasting money and resources for an original show that has no right to exist.

Guess the fujoshis will like this one more.

Is this how Fairy Ranmaru get inspired? The creator run into a real fairy?

Anyway, the transformation scene has more sparkles than last time, which make it hard to focus on nipples, but if you look very closely you still see erected nipples (and yes, sometimes erected penis under that fundoshi too).

Yeah, this one is clearly made for us, fujoshi/fudanshi and female audience/people who are into men in general, and it has just as much right to exist as any anime with moe and female fanservice scenes. The plot is not supposed to be serious, it's more of an excuse to show us hot and cool guys than anything else. If you don't like what you're given (and you have every right not to) just drop it.

-
The episode was fun, I find it funny how it made fun of the moe genre. And I loved those panty shots, Homura's fairy form is really hot.

That’s the thing that always pisses me off about anime discourse. Anime heavily targeted to female and/or fujo audiences gets needlessly trashed and dunked on for merely existing. But trashy anime geared towards male audiences rarely gets that same level of criticism saying the anime shouldn’t exist. Sexism at its finest.
But this particular user seems to comment on every discussion thread of every episode of every seasonal anime for some reason. Don’t know why he just doesn’t drop the anime instead of watching something he doesn’t like and complaining about it. Especially if he’s not the right audience for it.

Another great episode!!

It was so awesome seeing moe blobs get wrecked LOL! It was a fun critique of fetishization, I think. Makes sense considering this anime is flipping the script on sexualization and trying to appeal to women!

My guess is that the next 2 or 3 episodes will be similar to the first two, but revolving around the remaining fairies (Uruu and Juka). Then, probably, around episode 5, we'll start to get more "plot-driven" as we learn more about the villain(s) and their goals.

I'm also feeling suspicious about the fairy queen (idk her name). Why is she collecting "attachment"? Will she use the power for good or evil? Also, Takara (the barista fairy) is definitely up to something. A double agent?!

Looking forward to next week's episode!

I'm really starting to enjoy this tbf I can't wait to see the other 3 boys in action, this episode we got to see the fire fairy (this is literally w.i.t.c.h and winx combined lmao) with lots of manservice saving young mangaka girl which was quite wholesome

i think it's gonna be like that for the first ~5 episodes so they'll introduce all boys and their powers and then it might focus more on the loli girl that's behind all of this and the bad guys etc.

Because people (mostly men) who clearly aren't the target audience insisted on watching it for some reason and gave it a low score from the get go.

All these men feeling threatened by this anime are really really sad and have nothing better to do or watch i guess. Macho men gonna be afraid to turn gay after watching a fuckin anime ...so annoying. There are a lot of things to watch so why some people feel the need to criticize and give a low score here??

Btw the anime is good, it reminds me of binan and i love it.

Were the writers semi sober this week? This episode felt less crackish than the first.
Less plot, more half naked foolishness, please.

I'm not sure what I want this series to do, but this bully of the week thing ain't it.
Was mostly bored this episode, but I still need to see Juka transform and Sirius do whatever he does.

loving the magical-boy transformations...

Not really sure what the writer was smoking when he did this but it makes a refreshing change to the usual Thursday night viewing.

I think there might be a subversive dark plot hiding under all this campness.

This episode was downright GENIUS. I am going to admit that I went into this anime with very low expectations, but this was shocking to me. The manga publisher is an utterly loathsome person, being abusive and trying to push his preferences on everyone, and then the episode's moral is that getting angry is not only ok, but it's sometimes necessary. and I thought the artist character was so sweet and cute!

and yeah, I do see a double standard with the hate this show gets. How dare a show sexualize men, it's not like every season doesn't have multiple shows that treat it's women the same way or worse. This episode holds a mirror up to that very double standard.

Also, I feel like every fairy law will be broken by the end of the show. and I don't trust that queen.

Oh the eye candy was good this week. And very interesting take on what sells in the manga industry lol

I honestly can't wait to see the blue guy transform. The green eyed guy is sooo cute as a human, but his fairy form is a huge turn off. Maybe I'll feel different when I see him in action

This was a good episode. I was afraid this series was going to be too one note, but I am happy to see it mirror magical girl series. (Though shorter)

I like how were are seeing some plot mixed in as well. There are quite a few unanswered questions.

I hope the series can keep up the interest.

I don't understand why this is rated so low. It is honestly not that bad. I have seen far worse. The animation looks good. It has fanservice. It is campy and fun. It makes plenty of references to different series and is almost a deconstruction of the magical girl genre. I get lots of 90s vibes. The voice acting is good. The songs are funny. That battles are interesting.

And the transformation sequences are MAGICAL.

I mean we have to see how the whole series goes. I am curious about pacing/plot but so far I would rate this at least a 7 if not an 8.

The plot of this ep was even more ridiculous than the last one.
If you're gonna make an episodic anime, at least try to create an engaging narrative for each week, not some generic and rushed plot that no one is going to care about.
Not even the fanservice can save this show, tho maybe it could be more bearable if the fights made more sense.

I don't know, the fan service is more than enough to keep my attention. Granted, that's because the fan service has me laughing so much that I can't breath, but you know, fun is fun, lol πŸ˜†
A+ comedy, it's a perfect train wreck and I love it for that. Don't change anime, you are perfect the way you are and don't let anyone tell you different πŸ˜†

The first episode was the worst thing I'd ever seen, right up until the second one. No show can keep surpassing itself in this manner and I am not prepared for the inevitable disappointment that will follow

I liking the show so far it’s weird but in a good way and it was nice seeing a bishonen fight moe girls.πŸ˜„

Please think about what you write before you post on the forums. It’s fine not to like the show and give it some constructive criticism. However please don’t be rude about it.The show can be enjoyed by everyone not just fujoshi/fundashi. Just because you don’t like something doesn’t mean you have to insult the people that do enjoy it. I’m going to tell someone if you don’t like it then don’t watch it. Do whatever you want. Just stop being immature

I am not into men so I can't judge the fan service but as a story the casual sexism against women and men in this show boggles my mind. Unless a woman is a villain they are gonna be depicted as helpless and incompetent as possible aren't they?

The sexism in male-focused anime is already bad. Why do shows targeted at women also need to do that?

This show is actually comical. The over the top sexualization is certainly something nice to see after so many shows refuse to go down that road with their male characters. Make a male centered ecchi. I'm already enjoying the mass
downvoting because of it.

I know you ain't complaining about this anime when you have Redo Of Healer in your list rated at a 7 jkdsfjdkhfd. You wanna talk about wasting money and resources? Your flopped rape show was a waste of time.

Im not into bl or yaoi stuff
I just watched it for the comedy factor

and when I said comedy, I mean making fun of it XD

I was a bit disappointed that the plot is not as whack as the first time

It also made me think that maybe the writers are mad at editors or something? haha

What's with the pants? the nipples are less obvious

Still funny to watch haha

So they're gonna start every episode like that, now that would be tiring.

It was OK, the previous episode was better. The songs were nice. I'll only continue watching it just for the songs.

This show is great. I feel like the villain in this episode must have been based off of someone in real life, which made the disclaimer at the end kind of funny.
