Looks like this show is 'serious' about the real estate business. It's funny how Letty is being involved with the real estate but also targeted by humans as he is a dragon. Tbh, I think Letty is going too much shit in this anime so far but that's part of life. Letty's life is so chaotic at this point. |

| Hah, Letty and Dearia's first conversations are always the best thing. The business card of Dearia being a Demon Lord of Real Estate..."It's Free Real Estate" as they say. Finding a home for the kid dragon is not easy, and for a mansion filled with anti-Hero traps, that's a lot to take in. Even more so that Letty being a dragon meant that he's still a viable target of humans, so having Dearia protect him is a trade. Another mansion that's haunted for the dead, and Dearia is not taking any chances for Letty to go unscathed, despite his kid-like fears. Going 1st person view is more haunting than ever thought possible, even for a welcome party. Still finding tons of fun with this show, sad that only a minority will like this show. |

| When the only good thing about an anime is the Opening it is a serious problem. It's not funny or enjoyable and I do not see it getting any better. I am even on the fence giving this another episode because it's just not good. |

| Tbh. While last week felt little annoying, or least seemed like this would be a hard watch, honestly didn't think the house hunting episode wasn't bad. Was better than last week for sure. |
| Episode 2 is out and we still haven't met the other 2 main characters Also, this episode was definitely better than the first one, the jokes were funnier and less repetitive but it was still pretty average in general, I don't expect much from this series |
| Yeah real estate agents should be disclosing defects and anomalies, there are unscrupulous real estate agents out there who won't warn you of erosion or that a house was built on say a Native American burial ground and thus could be haunted. Also, ghost children like that ghost boy is a sign that you may want to bail, so I don't blame Letty for leaving. However, Letty needs to braven up a little, there's no way he'll find a home with his level of cowardice. |

| The first house was so hardcore that there is even the piranha plant from Mario in it. The 2nd one had some friendly ghost, that was fun, too bad he didn't want that house xD Dearia is probably my favorite character now, I'm interested in his past, so he was traveling with a dragon back then hmmm |

| Lol, Jouji Nakata (Alucard from Hellsing or Kirei from Fate) plays as one of the wraiths, this was a pleasant surprise. As for the episode, the first part about a mansion filled with anti-Hero traps was pretty much mediocre, but the second part about the haunted mansion was really funny. So, did I get all the movie / game references in this episode? We got; Ghost Busters (or maybe Luigi's Mansion to be exact), Resident Evil, The Shining, Ju-On. At least those are the ones that I could pick up from this. |

| I liked the last episode more than this one because it was funnier with all the parodies. The house hunting seems like it could be good but I feel like it might get too repetitive and start feeling stale. Dearia is pretty cool though, I'm curious how Letty plans to pay for a house even if he ends up finding one he'd like. |

| It was a lot better than the first episode, though it wasn't hard to pass the first episode since I didn't like it at all. This episode made me laugh many times. Also, hearing Nakata Jouji's voice was a big plus, especially when I hate the main character's voice. |

| Well, the poor dragon followed the weird looking elf real estate agency which doubled occupation as demon lord with such an unfortunate encounters. The temple house dungeon and haunted wraith house? Now its really something unexpected. The dungeon one looked pretty generic. The dragon obviously got a lot of trouble there. Surprise he wasn't even death there, only the stupid human became a usual casualties. Then the wraith house one indeed had a better entertaining, with that ghost phenomenon, resident evil+ghost buster joke, and that first-person view. Its quite thrilling me, ngl. The twist with the wraith owner also not bad, not to mention a little backstory for the demon lord which i believed its related to the poor dragon father. The chick and girl house when? |

| "so, come at me bro" I already really like Dearia lmao, easily the best character so far. Animes really loves their the shining references. The camera suddenly turning to first person was hilarious lmao. I think I definitely enjoyed this episode better than the first one. Who was that running in the background when Dearia gave Letty the vacuum lmao. Dearia calling heroes the epitome of cringe and I cannot deny that heroes are scum, cause that's what we literally do in rpg's lmao. |

| I have a more laughs than the first one, and overall still a fine episode. I am afraid that comedy is the only strength of this show and when it doesn't make me laugh then the show's quality would drop to its bottom. |

| Those complaining about this anime being repetitive overlooked the fact that this a Slice of life anime. There's no big plot or complex narrative. Just a young dragon looking for a home with slight touches of world building and it's relaxing. |

| Letty and Dearia kept looking for a house for Letty. It was a funny episode. Letty falling into the traps and then surrounded by Ghosts. LMAO. Letty sure is really sensitive for a dragon. |

| Quite a lot of horror references in this episode. It took me a while to get the vacuum cleaner reference, but I got it eventually. Dearia is kinda cool. I like it so far, but I miss the harpies. |
