| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Don't play a drinking game for panty shots for this episode, it won't end well. Lots of things are clearer now though not everything is explained yet. I keep expecting Tuxedo Mask and Amai Mask to show up, all the mask names are similarly ridiculous. Mayuko was fishing for information to find out if Kuon was in love with Sniper Mask so that she could confirm she had no rivalry towards Yuri and confirmed that it was pretty likely. The railgun keeps getting more important so it will be interesting to see how Kuon will fare in the future. And now Sniper mask finds out that Rika was kidnapped and being held hostage...so pretty much the kidnappers are in for a world of hurt. |

| So Sniper Mask was Yuri's friend after all. They seemed really close. Thou Sniper Mask seems older than Yuri so I wonder how they became friends. Good to see Rein chan again and she came at a critical moment too saving Sniper Mask. More fanservice which were okay and the toilet scene was kinda lewd. Also Yuri acting smug was cute. |

| Fan service is so heavy in this episode that I have gotten to where I can mostly ignore it by the end. The head in the boob scene was made humorous by the two idiot masks imitating it so I guess you take the good with the cringe. I did like Sniper Mask pointing out the impact spot for the other sniper..... he did have a cool way to die.... but didn't. Other high points: I really like the OP and the ED of this series. For some unknown reason, the OP reminds me of the opening music for Black Lagoon....no reason... it just does. And I do have to give a hats off to the idea of the rooftop setting. I really find it refreshing from the usual jungle or dystopian street scene. It's nice and airy but extremely confining at the same time. Well played! |
