| This season makes me more connected to the characters then usual. I like it :) Was really nice to see Shimizu's point of view. And that Kageyama is not always perfect, everyone needs time to adjust. And Tadashi's hard work has paid off. |

| What's everyone hating for? The characters look smoother, Hinata's wild hairdo actually looks like hair now, the faces look much more friendly and colourful. The animation doesn't seem to have changed that much, not this episode at all you can see the ball connect and touch the arms or hands like I read people complaining about last few episodes... Some scenes got cut out :c they weren't important it was just some interactions between unlikely pairs but awwh. Love the music choices this season! So enjoyable to my ears |

But what I mean is that I don't like when people underestimate others, and even if Karasuno was lucky or even if they'd a hard time winning the fact is simply that at the end they were better. So you can say it's better confront them than Shiratorizawa, but I have the expectation they certainly increased their confidence and capabilities in volley, moreover as a much more unified team. To zoom it up, it's not like all teams must need to be afraid or something, but I really would like not see them being underrated after all their hard work as only "the fortunate guys".In sports matters not all is based on lucky moments. Nevertheless, I understood your idea, so I'am gonna take it on mind. Maybe I'll rewatch third season once again and reread manga too. |

| Pretty underwhelming episode. Half of it was a set-up.... after another set-up episode. Granted, it was in the manga so it's not like they could do anything about it. Shimizu is a shit character who never did anything relevant for 4 seasons, and her scenes are basically only salvageable when they involve Yachi. |

| The 3rd years are really a lifesaver everytime on this show, and right now Kiyoko is the mvp. I don't expect something cool in their current enemy still they are strong on serves. And the ending was really cool, finally Kageyama is on the state of flow. |

| kiyoko's back story made me appreciate that ED even more :') and YAMS!!!!!!! woooooo great direction this episode, i loved that scene where it showed the art of the stadium with kageyama's profile blurred out & then focusing on him. brillant!! they really are out of their element now hope they adapt to the new space well. and hinata's air punch at the end was so cute. also tsukibahara's colours are so cute, love the ice cream blue & yellow edit: i meant tsubakihara.....TSUKIBAHARA LMFAO |

| That black and white animation with the 3d grid was pretty cool. We got some backstory for Shimizu. That was good. Makes the ED much more meaningful. And now it is the first match vs Tsubakihara. I mean, I agree that it is better to play against Karasuno than against Shiratorizawa and Ushiwaka. Shiratorizawa is definitely the better team out of the two and if Karasuno ever played against that same Shiratorizawa team, Shiratorizawa would win. Anyway, the first match is underway and even though Tsubakihara are a few points ahead of us, I am sure we will catch up in no time, now that Kageyama is starting to get adjusted to the stadium. |

| With the court and stadium being so different, there will obviously be mistakes at first. Shimizu's story felt a bit random but I'm glad to see that she actually cares about the players and overall it was nice. |

| felt the pace was little off at first half, but in the end we had some shimizu background and development. and character development is main part in haikyuu after all. so there's not complains there. also we got nice focus on kageyama adjusting himself to the new area. suddenly the art and animation got really fluid and clean, probably the best this anime ever had. i do feel though that the angels and the "free camera" view had been lost in favour for more manga style view. i don't know though if this is for worse or best for now, time will tell. |
