| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Not bad, it has potential with the robotics theme. It reminded me a little bit of Robotics;Notes and even Gundam Build Try. It didn't take long for the episode to jump right into the robot action. I got a feel of a very competitive show between the characters. The OP song is okay, pretty energetic in ways. Hmm, the characters seems okay but that Tei guy might be hard to make friends with. |

| Succumbed to temptation (former robotics club member) and watched ep 1 raw. Only understood like 60% of it, but I like it so far. Nice set of characters and CG was decent enough. A bit surprised that this show isn't picked up. Looking forward to next week! |

Character names are a little odd, but its great to see robotics in anime again... havent been this excited for one since Robotics;notes. |

| Robot Wars was my childhood ; u ; This is not as dangerous or as death-metal but still so nostalgic! Also giving me Classroom Crisis vibes. 6/10 for now, maybe a 7 depending on where it goes (ideally more robot fights). | The subs for this show finally came out. It's pretty good so far. The robots look really cool. Tei is quite bossy and got really mad at Tantan for taking down their drone and losing the match. Tantan was asked to join their club, but turned them down because of his past. There was a glimpse of it, and it doesn't look pretty. |

| I had no idea that this was a Chinese anime lol Either way, this was really fun to watch and I can already see that I'm gonna have a blast watching this because so far I love the competitive aspects of this The MC is pretty nice too so far and I like the whole internal struggle that he has with how he feels about Robomasters.....I'm intrigued to learn more about what happened with his older brother to see why he's so against it now Other than that, the girl in the club is pretty cute and I like her personality and the leader guy is a bit of a douche but I respect his play style so I'm looking forward to seeing more of them (And the girl that knows the MC) Pretty good start imo and I hope that I end up liking this as much as I did Classroom Crisis because this is giving me similar vibes to that but in a college setting which is pretty neat too |
| Fun fact: This is based off a real robotics competition also called Robomasters that is held in China as far as I know. My views on this series are kinda bias given I too am on robotics team (For FRC (FIRST Robotics Competition) and not Robomasters) so the mere fact we're getting a show based around a robotics team is really nerdin me out!!! All in all its pretty cool however I am concerned that the series will implement forced drama. |

| First time watching an anime about robots tournament which kinda reminds me of Big Hero 6, tbh. Loved the concepts of the infantry robots and the drone watching the enemies, and instructing the players controlling the infantry robots. I love KAKA. That little drone is so cute. All the characters are Chinese, right? The CGI is really good, tbh. One of the best CGI I've seen in anime. I wonder what happened to Dan Dan's brother the reason why he doesn't want to have anything to do with RoboMasters. That was a very good first episode. It had me hooked already.
