| Good style but why do characters walk and run in slow-motion when the rest of the actions don't seem too slow? -_- The many references were funny. Apart from the right to be different, the hint at some shaddy organization and the fact that the Reflection "aurora" seemed to spread from one point on the globe, there was nothing to really start a story here. This would be perfectly understandable for a full-length show, but a half-length one? 3/5 |
| Finally got around to watching this... and wow that was painful to watch. It's rare when I drop an episode on the first episode but this was so bland, boring, and had no energy, it really didn't give me any reason to continue. This is supposed to be a superhero show yet the animation is absolutely horrid, it's so slow and looks really cheap. Newgrounds animators can do better than this. I have no problem with the art style, but my lord, the animation leaves a lot to be desired. Dialog was lacking, pacing was slow and painful, and to me it just seems like a painfully average superhero plot. I'll be sticking to My Hero Academia for my superhero needs for this season... Such a damn shame, I was excited for this project since Stan Lee was at the helm, but him and his team really dropped the ball. |
| It is quite annoying to see how much hate this is getting. The creators had a chance to decline the project, but they didn't. The art is meant to have a comic book art-style and I don't mind it in the slightest. Also it is being judged harshly on the very FIRST episode. The characters may have some close relations (personality wise) to characters of comics, but so do a lot of anime characters to other anime characters. From what I gather, this looks some what like a way to get Japan a bit more interested in comics. Right or wrong I feel this anime has a nice feel to it. To each their own though. I just feel like hero cartoons, say "Teen Titans" taking a page from anime is no different than an anime taking a page from comics. |

| i kinda like the art but the animation is so slow and boring... it's so weird. it's like reading American comic but the characters are anime... oh and animated too... maybe if they use more "anime" art style and animation or with American cartoon style the show will be more interesting... but hey, it's a combination of America and Japan animation... btw I kinda like the girl with the camera though, and what with the name I-Guy?? lol oh, the ED MV is really good though... like that. the inserted song is not bad too... "Sky Show" i don't know if i will continue this series or no... |

| I'm liking this so far. A lot of the animation seemed slow and.. odd. Sometimes the walking, or the movement seemed slow and choppy, and the sound effects seemed very lacking, but I am willing to keep trying this. Also, Stan Lee? What a surprise! |
| Jeez people got really offended by the animation like it killed their grandmas or something. However I must agree the action looks meh, and the pacing is abysmally slow, I get it, you NEED to get to 25 minutes, but I can count more than 10 moments when they were trying to stretch the length of the episode. |
