THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.

So this is what an advanced city is like with artifical intelligence. L Corp sounds like a dull name for a corporation that makes appliances.

Liked the world building this episode and they actually made the technology look pretty noticable. The fight had a weird feel to it imo this episode. I mean, the app monster they fought grew to Titan size.

This show's not really getting worse anymore but it definitely bottomed out a few episodes back and it's not getting better. It's entirely possible at this point that Applimon somehow ends up being worse than tri.

This episode served to give us a glimpse of Leviathan's ideal world I guess.
Yuujin is still the most important character of the show and saves the day for the protagonists, he's probably Leviathan at this point, they're still holding on him and not revealing what's up with his red eyes.
tfw next episode is more Eri filler

What is is about these shows in which you have to these dense protagonists. Why do they never see past Team Rocket's disguises, and why in this show no one has figured out L Corp stands for Leviathan, is because it is a young audience and make them feel smarter by having the main characters be this stupid and dense.

On the bright side next episode, another Eri episode, and she looks awesome.

They're not supposed to know, if they originally named the brand into something else you wouldn't complain, just accept that L Corp is the name they chose so the kids wouldn't be confused.
And tbh a character just randomly figuring out that L Corp stands for Leviathan would be even more stupid for the plot. It's better to have them ignorant as to who controls the big company until they find out through other means.

''Is it really a good idea for everything to be controlled by A.I.?''
- Of course not, just look at Psycho Pass.

Jeez, I wonder who Cloud could be...

Lol, ''Currysmon''.

Cloud's laugh sounds like Kira's.

But, yeah, dumb episode, dumb characters (Knight is probably being mind controlled by Chrismon or whatever it's called - his speech and Haru's words makes it obvious the dude got hoodwinked) and another mf-ing Eri episode.

At this rate, you can condense the show to about 12 or 24 episodes with how much fluff is in it.

Leviathan's ideal world sounds kinda tempting.
