I hated the rest of the episode, it's so lame to see them fight over Ranma. Ukyo, Shampoo and Kodachi were the ones who ruined this anime. |

| It's been a long while, but over the past...40 episodes or so? At least since the episode when Ranma had that aphrodisiac band aid, Akane has been slowly chilling out with regards to Ranma, and Ranma has definitely gotten a bit more honest about his feelings. It's really hard to believe, but the series is actually starting to change. Though, chances are that it'll find someway to reset the status quo, but I'm enjoying this ride while it lasts. |
| It was already obvious over the last episodes, but they are becoming more and more like a real couple. This episode basically went a bit further. |
| weak... i already hate xmas, this episode wasn't the worst with such a setting but it added even more to my impossible old wish to create a series / show / whatever and never having a winter holidays themed episode just for the sake of it. |

| Damn. Why are Christmas episodes the best? First Urusei Yatsura, now Ranma 1/2... What Ranma did to Mousse was still cruel. He could've got him a replacement or paid for it. But he didn't even apologize. But Mousse is at fault too for attacking Ranma right away instead of listening to him so... there are no good guys in this situation. |
| Confusing episode order, should have been 123 but whatever. The ending is pretty sweet with the Christmas theme and Ranma goes all out looking for all the gifts Akane wanted. If only the show could spend more time showing this kind of story or more time on fleshing out other fiancees instead of lame martial art shit and annoying filler characters, I could have liked this show and not disliked it. The other fiancees remain pathetic and lame in their approach. Akane remains the only sane and understanding one towards Ranma. |

| The final episode of 1991 (they also went and fucked with the order again smh), and it was an incredibly sweet Christmas episode, it may have featured the babes of Ranma 1/2 bickering like always but the moments with Akane really made it a special one, I especially liked when she finally admitted that she wants to spend Christmas with Ranma, while at the same time roasting the others girls’ way of going about being with Ranma, and really she’s right, as much as I love Ukyo and Shampoo (especially Ukyo) they have not improved their attempts at being with him, it always boils down to dirty tactics, this goes for Shampoo and Kodachi more than Ukyo but she does fall into that same camp sometimes. And of course it was obvious Ranma was buying Christmas gifts for Akane the whole time, but man the moment she found out was so nice, and Ranma actually went and got her everything she wanted, that’s definitely some character development for the main couple like others have mentioned, about 50+ episodes ago I don’t think we would have had an exchange like this. And I really like that it ended on everyone together on Christmas, it may be nearly spooky month but I’m a sucker for a good Christmas episode, this was a damn good one. |
