| The only good part wad date. The rests where meh. I mean, We just me Mayuri and then she's gone while Shidou screaming her name. With that short, I couldn't feel any impact her gone. Like she was put in the movie for the heck of it. At least she was cute thou. 6/10 |

| I wonder if there's any chance of Mayuri reappearing in the 3rd season. As long as they don't do a Heaven's Lost Property and totally screw us over with half-baked movie in its place which doesn't explain anything. |

| The whole dating scenes were charming, even Origami had to intervene (she a shrewd setup on the hospital room to caught Shidou). I can understand people being disappointed, the character Mayuri was handled poorly, Kurumi appearences was fanservice that in the end didnt contribute a bit to the plot and for a movie it could have had been execution, animation and pacing (since this was an original story created to be in movie form). That said, I know this isnt the end, S3 will come out soon, so there is that. Also it was great to see all girls coming together, Mana and also Miku now helping, and when everyoned turned into full astral dress form again I actually smiled a bit. Plot was a bit better on S1 and S2, but this was still a very fun movie if you ignore the flaws I mentionated. PS: Is that powered up Tokha cannon? 8.1/10 = 8 |

| Had to watch because MAL listed it as a sequel to II and III just started airing. Probably didn't need to. Anyways, felt more like a couple OVAs mashed together. Not a fan of fighting a giant CGI blob either but some of the aerial combat was nice to watch. Not enough Kurumi but I guess it's fine since she got an entire OVA date to herself. Was fun visiting all the girls again though. Did not like how forced Shidou's feelings towards Mayuri felt. Would have been better if incorporated her into the main story and built over time or at least have them meet and talk (like ask for advice or something) from start to end of the movie. |

| A cheerful song from Miku to start off the movie, followed by what seems to be a fun day out with the gang! So Shido has to date all the girls one by one in order to reduce the spiritual energy accumulating within the sphere. This is simply what I'd call, harem embracement, prolonging the harem around Shido. Dates:
How Shido and Kurumi can see the sphere and no one else can is still a mystery, but as always, Kurumi knows everything that has been going on. Finally explained, Mayuri is the persona of the angel Careveare which is that sphere thing in the sky. Born from the combination of all of the spirits' energy from the girls around Shido Mayuri is basically a part of the spirits around Shido. Because of their slight jealousy to keep Shido for themselves, she's born. But since Shido has dated them all, that jealousy feelings the spirits has started to fade away. BUT NOPE! Mayuri herself feels that jealousy! So the Careveare retaliates cuz who the hell just wanna disappear just like that!? Now she's visible to the others... Just noticed, can all the spirits actually fly? That's new... First OP + Compilations of Spirits transformations? YES PLEASE! And it's also time for Shido's date with Mayuri, a date with explosions and freaking lasers! Kurumi actually helped that laser blast to stop for a while. Tohka upgrade to dual Sandaphone Welp, Mayuri kissed Shido, disrupting her magic power, allowing Careveare to be destroyed and vaporised. Followed by Mayuri telling Shido that she's born not to disappear, but to love Shido. Although Mayuri is quite the centre character for the movie. she's only very relevant to the story near the end. So the feels don't hit me hard when she disappears... But still, it's a nice movie! The previous OVA is about Shido dating with Kurumi, so this movie is about dating with his other girls! Add in some good action battles near the end and that gives this enjoyable movie. LMAO, Shido bailed from the 'date tournament' XD Oh, shit, I kinda feel a little feels from the post-credit scene where Mayuri said; "The same as Shido's" for her luck paper thing... |

| @Roy_Focker Well i don't think she's a spirit, but she seems to know a lot, maybe she has a longer history around the spirits, and been studying them for a long-ass time. |

| I enjoyed this movie. Too bad we don't have new spirit for the third season it would be nice and something new in animes like that. As she is gone it feels like a filler and not part of the real story. Maybe she will return somehow? |

| Honestly, Mayuri didn’t really serve a purpose, she was just there for drama bait. Out of all the girls, Kurumi still stands on top, with Origami in second and Kotori in a close third. This movie made me realize how much Kurumi carries this series. I’m not a big fan of idol characters so the opening sequence with Miku was pretty cringe. |

| it's been years since ive seen this and playing catch up had me guessing what the hell everyones names were but slowly started to remember , dates were cute and mostly wholesome , it'd be hard to not say this sub plot of the new girl born of everyone's power wasn't rushed she just showed up just to disappear in the end praying the BD version of S3 isn't that bad once i get to it |

| if anyone is still lingering in here... to what dialogue does the ending scene link to? the very few seconds at the end, with the hanged fortunes, the release i saw said "...one with Shido" im assuming the complete wish was Mayuri writting "i wish to be one with Shido" (or something similar) but it kinda got stuck in my head that maybe its the continuation of a thought or dialogue she had... and im way too lazy to go back and rewatch the whole thing lmao |

| a large part of the movie consisted of the dates, only towards the end did it come to mayuri. If it had really been mainly about Mayuri, it would have been much better, because Mayuri hardly got a personality at all and I didn't find her death so sad. |
| The first few Dates were funny but thats pretty much it. I was more into the slice of life aspect of the movie than the issue of the big ball thingy in the sky. |
