| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol card games. It's not Yugioh but I think has familiar mechanics, at least in terms of battling. Episode was pretty meh. The buildup for card battle itself between the kids wasn't exciting either. Most amusing part is probably when Makina got involved in the "love affairs". Felt really awkward imo. The card battle itself at the end was..eh not exciting at all. |

| Wow, this episode was terrible. Someone explain to me the logic of a teacher getting his belongings confiscated by a student, and then when said student loses that item they take no responsibility for the loss of the item and just blame the teacher for even bringing the item in the first place. Not only would I not have helped her brother get the card back I would have had her pay for the appraised value of the card. This is Mahou Sensei Negima all over again. |

| Card game episode...meh I read the manga as well, but for some reason I can't get myself to like Makina...she is one of the character that I don't like. She is abusing her authority as the student council president...yes I understand that she have to make the school safe etc. but the way she handle thing is just not right. Anyway...I don't like her attitude. |

| This episode was a mess. Double storylines were initated and at around the halfway mark I figured that there's no way they can wrap this up in a single episode. "But oh!", Denpa Kyoushi says, "I bet you wouldn't expect us to throw plot down the toilet and solve everthing behind the scenes while we play a montage! Now would you?". Then a plotless montage plays and everything is solved behind the scenes... yay... |
I'm curious am I the only one that's on their death from these stage 4 cancerous subs?..... I mean for fuck sake I'm not going to pretend to know Japanese but even I know this commonly used phrase. "KUSO" from the numerous times I've read the translation seems to be a term that expresses frustration through a curse, like "shit!", "fuck" or "damn!". So wtf are the subs even accurate?, are funi TL's just guessing here? or this all part of funi's master plan to kill simulcasts. |

Exactly the whole situation makes no sense. No one learns anything except the kid who learns to deal with his own shit except he gets constant help from Kagami. The kid steals the card and doesn't get in trouble, Kagami causes Makina to hate the guy that loves her, Makina was being a bitch as usual and takes away a card just because then lies to Kagami since she can't give it back because her little brother stole it then puts the blame on Kagami. I thought the principle liked interesting people why would she allow Makina who has a stick up her ass to be student counsel head and enforce the strictest rules ever? |

| The top magic cards are worth hundreds or thousands of dollars. They also don't survive at all well being put in a pocket. Also there is no way he'd even have touched the card, it would have gone right in a sleeve at the least. It's not as if anime is even attempting to be plausible, especially this one. But it would be nice if the person that wrote it at least did 5 minutes of research. |
