| I loved Baby Steps I gave it a 10/10 but the only problem imo was the animation. I was thinking that since Perriot was doing Tokyo Ghoul same time they saved their budget for that instead of BS. So maybe in 2nd season BS they will put a lot more animation budget into it. So it might be drastically better. I don't know the specifics about how this works though. Am I being too optimistic? |
| We can only hope. Pierrot might end up doing more ambitious series in the same season again and end up spending a little less on Baby Steps like they did with Tokyo Ghoul (although that's not to say Tokyo Ghoul didn't have a fair share of animation faults). No way of knowing. Hopefully they do top things up a little. |

| I don't see a chance of the animation improving. My only question is whether this is the "last" season, or if they are going to keep making seasons of Baby Steps until the manga is done... I don't get the feeling that the manga is anywhere near complete from the part I've read and the raws I've seen of the parts that aren't translated yet. |

| The animation wasn't even bad tbh. It was just average, above average during matches and terrible for the crowd/audience. There were only slight moments with some characters looked wacky. Not expecting anything from Pierrot anyways. |
