| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Tomo's brother rescued him because he didn't want Tomo to die again. Then he disappeared. Misao woke Tomo up. Tomo was sleeping on Takatsuki's lap and Kagakagari group are there. He took them, who were lying, to his place, except Shuri. Tomo told Christina (I didn't know that she was voiced by Ohara-san, Yuuko from xxxHOLiC!!) about her sister abducted. They, however refused to rescue Ania. Their only goal is to get Asura Machina separated from Kotori (if I listened correctly). Christina is dissolving (?) soon. Kagakagari asked about the price, which Tomo already knew. He was shocked, looking at Misao. Misao began keep asking questions, which including "is that why you didn't summon Asura Machina" Kotori appeared to tell Tomo to tell Misao what he's afraid of telling. That makes Misao understand without Tomo telling her. She knows about it from the beginning. Kagakagari said that watching both Tomo and Misao reminds him of the past he didn't want to remember. He made promise. Kotori sacrificed herself in order to save Christina. Kagakagari didn't want to tell Tomo, but Kotori somehow "made" him talk. He's going to show them something. Mia got Satomi unfortunate! (lol) Kagakagari said that there must be something that saves Kotori from Asura Machina keeps there because it's where long ago tested Asura Machina. No matter how hard, he's going to get the thing in a capsule. The capsule is too thick/strong of protection that even Asura Machina's power is used, it's not broken. It's finally broken, though. Inside the capsule is another trunk case. When Kagakagari got it, the Machina of the enemy got down from above and attack them. Christina begins to disappear. She began to talk about the relations between devil and his/her contractor. Loving the devil = contract. She wants him to Mia something. Satomi began to attack. When it's disadvantage to him, he led Kagakagari see Mia. Christina used up rest of her power to rescue Mia. The machine is not working anymore, which makes Tomo advantage to rescue Mia. Mia is crying while Christina gradually dissolves. Kotori, too, is going to sacrifice. Kagakagari is in trouble, and Tomo is finally decided to use Kurogane. Kurogane wins. Satomi doesn't want to be lost. New girl (or was she out already? I don't remember) appeared and cut Satomi's machina. She flew away with the trunk! Kagakagari is sad because both Christina and Kotori are gone. Before leaving, Kagakagari gave Mia the data of experiment on Christina. Shuri was safe outside. Mia's going to check the data herself. Takatsuki told Mia that Christina was happy. |

Seriously, you could have just WATCHED the anime first before posting your "It's out (will edit the post when I finish watching it)." message. It's not like there is anyone to "fight" with for the first post glory (for whatever it's worth). Do note that I am in no way encouraging this stupid race at all. | I could not wait for subs. My honest feelings after having anger, sadness and regret in the Umineko, Queen's blade series this one really hit me harder as it pushed my tolerance to resist its emotions. For Christina I T_T because she dissapeared and I will not be able to see her. Instead I had to see the suffering of Ania and her sadness :( For Kotori I T_T because it is another Burial Doll gone, never to be seen and she said her love for Kagakagari. So sad and unfair all this system and circumstances. For Kagakagari I felt bad for the first time and did not like him last season well not I sympathize with his lost and that of Ania. For Satomi I felt nothing but satisfaction of what he deserved from Kurogane and the lady who controls the ice phoenix. He deserved losing his little Bismuth and he did not even care for his sacrifice in it in the end. The most I regret is stupid Natsume! If only he had summoned Kurogane earlier no one would have died at all! Natsume was a coward until the last moment. Poor Ania and poor Takaya. This has been a crazy anime showdown so I am going to go get fresh air. Hope someone shares my feelings on this episode. Nayah said: Nah, that was me. Anyways I had a wild ride of feelings in different series this week and some will be really hard to watch with subs again. What can I do......I like watching things more than once but good thing the impact the second time as not as bad as first one. |

| I have to say the emotions in this one was top notch. I could really feel for the trio of Kagakagari, Christina, and Kotori. Were just trying to accomplish their goal before it was too late and failed. Plus can't be so hard on Kagakagari in regards to Christina since she even said that using magic would consume the contractor's love. So the more they struggled and fought the less love Kagakagari had. Even though it's clear at the end he still had some left. It's just a tragic fate, even going so far as Asura Cryin but still falling short in the end. I'm mixed regarding Tomoharu. It's true if he had just acted the situation could have been better. I'm not sure how if they could have avoided any sacrifice since Christina was at her limit and might not have made it anyways. Still he was just trying to protect Misao in the only way he could which was not fighting. Sadly he can't do anything else if he doesn't use Kurogane. The real downside here is that they didn't accomplish anything, there were heavy losses, and Misao's existence was used in the fight. The only upside was regarding Kyomu losing Bismuth. There are no words for how much I dislike that guy. He didn't care about anyone not even his own burial doll. Him suffering near the end of this was more satisfying than it probably should have been. Probably my top episode from this series. |

Still, I'm waiting for Natsume and Takatsuki to form the contract or w/e to become an Asura Cryin'.. I mean, Why not? Anyways, apparantly the circle of power between an Asura Machina and a demon with the Asura Cryin' contract, does not help the Burial doll to regain some of its soul.. Oh well, suppose it was a good idea anyway? O.o Christina... broke? Or no, she didn't? Her knees broke anyway : p Ah there we go, now she's breaking, literally xD.. | I'm still slightly amused by the fact that there are still people around who find this show to be good :P Well true they did try this ep to bring some sort of emotion to it all, which imo completely failed due to various reasons like for instance why the hell did kagakagari also become "friendly" all of a sudden, like so many other characters without any sort of explanation to it ( maybe it comes around later but I aint expecting much based of the first season). And tomos emoing all the time pisses me off to the degree of almost cryin', seriously someone kill him already, many times and make sure he stays dead. I mean shit the man can't think at all, goes emo and then is like "oh is it alright? well then lets f***in go!!". All these things makes it quite impossible for them to pull off anything without clarifying well pretty much everything that has happened so far in the show, including s1. And also fixing tomos character. It's all just so very frustrating to see that the creators can't see and evidently haven't got a clue as to what the hell the point is with anything, they just throw random shit in time and again... Well that's it for my ranting this time and before we get a bazillion replies like"then why u watching the show if u hate so much!!??" I would just like to say that I have every intention of finishing what I start, and there is still a very tiny little star of hope shining in favor for this series and wasting 20 mins every week aint that bad :) now you may complain as much you want on me |

| I normally watch animation because its entertaining I'm not a sadist lol. Apparantly the manga which this anime is based upon is also very random. At least in this season, some explanation behind stuff is explained like how this is a "new world" after science clashed with some dimension bringing forth demons, magic etc. The girl on ice bird was introduced in last episode, when Tomo wanted to find his brother and Shuri was searching some ruined office. Also you can somehow watch Naruto which in my opinion is basically a filler every episode but since its forum different opinions are valid. Also people, please get over this 1st comment/post mentality, you don't win any special prizes. I liked the pace of the show, and how the focus of this episode was on the sacrifice and tradegy of being a Asura Cryin handler. Also the ED song for the new series is a lot more impactful imo because it focuses on misao and tomo. |

Besides, she adressed Tomo with a '-sama' honorific, which could be similar to how some demons "serve" under a certain family (or something like that was more or less explained at some point in 1st season). I hope my statement wasn't too inconsistent to be understood x) Edit: Or as DeathfireD stated below, Naotaka and Tomo could be the same person, also giving reason as to why the girl with the icebird adressed Natsume Tomoharu'-sama'. Of course, assuming that she's a demon with a contract to Naotaka. |

| So Tomo has died and been brought back to life before...interesting. I still have doubts that Tomo's brother is really his "brother". The OP shows a grown up looking Tomo (his brother) standing next to the current Tomo, but even before that they show two Misaos and two Kanades. I think the two worlds collided and the older Tomo has been pretending to be Tomo's brother. It would explain what the second episode was all about. This series has been so much better then the first. It almost feels like they nabbed a new writer or something. |

| Well gotta say it again but Alternative by Angela is pretty awesome, like Spiral before so gonna get the limited edition CD + Promo DVD, should be shipped 18th November =D Also although the series is pretty random, you could say its a strength becauses its unpredictiable and you can't really say its cliche because its surprises (be it either good or bad) Well Shuri appearing at the end was kinda different because normally she is saving Toma, etc from danger. |

| Great and Sad episode! Misao is awesome, she knew the whole time. She's such a sweetheart! So, Kagakari isn't all that bad, though he did everything for his own gain. It sucks that Christina is gone, I liked her. But, I'm sure it'll only make Nia stronger. I'm glad the she/he dude is finally gone, and I hope for good. So, they're obviously gonna go after the chick that took the trunk. Now I'm sure Tomo will make a contract with Takatsuki and form the Asura Cryin'. This season is a lot more exciting than S1, I just wanna see more about the "Old World" and Tomo's brother...Urahara Out!! Sent with Mal Updater |

| As much as I hate this anime, this episode was probably the most intense. Satomi's frilly frilly underwear...lawl-tastic. But man he was a fucking psycho :/ I didn't really like him to begin with. God, his VA did some intense screams. Speaking of, why the hell isn't he even in the character section on either season? Something's wrong there.. |

| Amazing ep!! So Naotaka rly did show up this ep O_O? wasn't expecting this ... Kotori & Kristina, bye-bye! I guess Kagakagari wouldn't have any more airtime >_<" and WOW! that girl with the ice phoenix (prolly a demon contracted with Naotaka) was kinda amazing. So now the trunk has been stolen .. what'd our Tomo do now? next ep seems to have lots of evolutions between Tomo x Kanade (A contract maybe o_O?!) n yea, Tomo finally knows that Misao knew about Asura Machina devouring her soul and decided to use it again(Well, not rly .. he used it when the situation came to worst -__-, coward Tomo *but, I think I can understand his hesitation*) Asura Cryin' is becoming rly enjoyable!! Keep it up, Asura Cryin' 2!! Looking forawrd to next ep~ Edit: Yeah, the 2 Tomoharu's theory seems rly logical, u rly have a big imagination, my friend, DeathfireD! |
