| That Zeira girl reminds me of a little Kagura for a moment there. Interesting start so far. This could get more info on Makarov than meets the eye from this manga. |

| Really nice start. Mashima's art is great as usual. Looking foward to this, might find out what's the connection between Mavis and Zeref. |

He is going to Publish 2 long series...yeah, pretty big demand. ouch. my somewhat condolences to Hiro-sensei, but can't wait to see his very awesome Start of the Fairy Tail Story!!! 1st Chapter was awesome... may that Zeira rest in Peace. She became Mavis friend in the end...so she is forgiven. |

| Mavis had a pretty harsh life. And we also get to see some interesting characters. |
| Mavis had it rough, but she managed to keep her chin up. She's awesome. Makarov's dad This era kind of reminds me of the Warring States Period from Naruto, except instead of clan-warfare it's guild-warfare. blfan said: Except Zeref is thousands of years old, so yeah, there's that. Guess he could've time travelled. I read the raws I thought about the possibility, but now knowing their names, yeah I am calling it Jeself and Zeria they are related to Zereff. He is probably Jeself's son and Zeria's brother. It makes sense with the names, the dark hair. The offer of Zeria to be Mavis friend and than she dies, I don't think it would end like that. That friendship offer is going to be to Zereff in Zeria's place. His family got killed, another reason for him to turn into darkness. We will see. |

The guild members deserved to die, they were real scumbags. >.< Too bad Zeira died just when she had a reason to believe in Mavis and started being nice :/ And that's the first time one of the 4 strongest of the 10 wizard saints is introduced, isn't it? |

| I really don't have anything to say about the begining, it was a surprise that that place was Tenrou Island. and Makarov's father looks interesting. Next chapter is when it will really start. |

| Not a bad start but what's with killing literally everyone from Mavis her past before meeting up with the future Fairies right from the get go XD I mean the whole event was tragic but you didn't even know the characters though for some that was a good thing but yeah... |

| Nice chapter, better than the very average Gray spin off. This should be good, this will probably end up being more interesting than Fairy Tail itself which has been stale with the odd dash of entertainment and good story aspects for quite a while. |
| God damn that's probably the first in a long time that FT gave me the feels.. I really hate those bastards for treating Mavis poorly, glad they died but damn it Mashima.. why emphasized on the loli death?? YOU. DO. NOT. SHOW. A. LOLI'S. DEATH......... EVER!! |
