Well the obligatory onsen/beach episode has come and it turned into something else, considering that they're actually in space. There's even the "eat-crocodiles-and-watch-bananas" routine, even I was shocked when a banana went into the water! LOL

I thought even small planets exert there own gravity especially against other celestial bodies? Ah well, space and orbital mechanics aside, that shock resistant coating is just partly effective. There's clearly deep craters on the impact point between the planetoids and little space fighters piloted by sore losers and cheaters, especially on the numbered balls! o_O

Too bad Lawson didn't get RP71.
You see there's no need to wonder where your god is,
Coz he's right here! ...and he's fresh out of mercy.

Man this was a disappointing episode. Cheating isn't fun.

I liked this episode. It's funny to think that in this future a grown adult white man taking four Japanese high school girls he brought from the past to a hot spring planet doesn't raise any eyebrows whatsoever lol

I've never heard of hot spring strip shows in any other anime, this doesn't sound like a thing.
Despite being an onsen episode there is a surprising absence of prurient content.

The character designs all around are really 1990s, which I like. Rouge kinda looks like Oh My Goddess' Urd while Yohko reminds me of Natsumi from You're Under Arrest.

Calculating trajectories of billiard ball planets in your head...Yohko, what are you, Lt. Commander Data? lol
I guess if Lawson had left her back in the 1990s she might have wasted her potential on something trivial like curing cancer or developing viable nuclear fusion.

I liked this one a lot more than the first to be honest, the jokes were a lot funnier and somehow the characters felt more fleshed out and much less obnoxious.

I love how a crane game escalated to a ping pong match to a planetary billiards game, that's amazing.

Loved it!

It started slow, then they meet the Red something, and things got silly but fun.
