The setting takes place in DeLiberty City. The city itself is fragmented into smaller cities, industrial areas, beaches and beautiful islands. In the afternoon, people walking on the streets can smell the fresh air of the ocean miles away, while at night the cities are bathed with streets' lights and house musics. Despite the ordinary looks of the environment, mobsters activities are everywhere around the corner and center of the DeLiberty City. Today you may be eating ice creams with your friends at a corner of a cozy coffee shop, yet tomorrow you may be sleeping inside a one by two box under the ground without knowing what happened. So watch your step wherever you go.
::THE BEGINNING::

Almost as long as there has been life, war has been a part of it. Mankind continues to wage war even though the consequences often breed nothing but misery. The story of Mobsters Scheme is about families and betrayals, the way and the war, agony and death, guns and roses. It all begins with the never-ending war between Luminaire and Tartarus Mob House. Two huge forces clashes pursuing the title of Big Boss, ruling the entire DeLiberty City. As both forces have weaken since the death of Glast's Luminaire's father and Yakihiro Kuroha's father, both children have grown and shaped into a true Mobster, and both have been entitled the Rank of Caporegime, risen from a Thug. Seeing this weakening conditions of both Mob Houses, many people conceive the phenomena as opportunities. The opportunities to join one of them, to break, or to use them for their advantages. This Scheme and War will become a man eat man tragedy. Blood, bodies and bones will be scattered everywhere on the streets.
::THE FEAR WITHIN::

Sadness and fear engulfs a boy's heart. Glast, the only son of Heidern Luminaire, and the only person qualified to be the next leader of Lumianire mob house, for every single day and night, trembles and scared of pain and death that may reach him very soon. The thought of being tortured and killed by his father's enemies mentally torment his soul to the depth of his heart. Such agony clouded his mind with nothing but emptiness and suffering. His face has been pale for years, his heart has been clouded by pain every day, every night. A bright day, just as usual day, a girl came to his house. She approaches him and told her name as Setsu. A small conversation began, warm Glast's heart, as she told him that she wanted to join the Luminaire mob. With words full of warmth, Setsu said to Glast that he would never have to carry the burden alone, and that she would protect him just like a mother protect his son, a sister protect his brother. At those moments, they celebrate their first small congregation with a small bottle of vodkas, silly chats, and ends up sleeping together at Glast's room. Its midnight, someone knocked at the front door. A high cute high tone voice can be heard meters away from Glast's room. Setsu woke up and opened the front door, and there she met a cute small and shy girl named Kiri. She introduce herself to Setsu, and both of them continued to chat in the kitchen. As they were cooking, Glast went downstair from his room with his sleeping pyjama, and met them both. Soon Glast was introduced to that cute little girl, Kiri, which partially reminded him of himself. Warm chat went on. Setsu seemed to enjoyed teasing both Kiri and Glast as a shy cute couple. The night was spent in harmony and warmth, while enjoying Setsu's delicious cooking. Just about the time Setsu, Glast, and Kiri about to sleep. A ringing sound of a bell was heard. Glast run to approach the front door. A deep male's voice can be heard along the Light Corridor. Glast was a bit scared, thinking that it might be his father's enemies came to take his life away. But turned out that the guy, Reiji, was a kind person despite his intimidating huge and tall appearance. Setsu and Kiri approached them from the kitchen, and quickly they acquainted with each other. After talking for a while, Setsu asked Kiri and Glast to sleep, and continues the chat with Reiji in the kitchen, while having a pleasant dinner.
