Due to your purpose with exercising. Most people do strength training to gain muscle/strength not to just lose fat. While the muscles will help burn more calories they take more calories to maintain and also add weight to your overall body. Cardio is just a good fat burner. I wouldn't say it's necessarily better than strength training, but I believe it would suit your purposes better.

If you're looking to just lose the body fat I would say cardio.

Hi, yeah i also want to know your working progress ^^
right now i'm trying to lose some body fat and i don't now if i should do cardio or strenght training ._. and it didn't help to google it. haha so waht do you guys think? :)
