Story focused on the main characters trying hard to get rid of their virginity. Both series deal with it in a very comedic way.

Both are supposed to be a guide for dating and having sex. Also both contain some comedy and desperate main male character and innocent in some way female. Makoto (Futari Ecchi) trying to please his wife and add a little spice to his sex life. While Hayao (30-sai) is trying to get some "sex life".

Both anime teach you the biology of your own body in a comedic way. 30-sai no Hoken Taiiku only makes XXX jokes while Anime de Wakaru Shinryounaika is more general; though it makes plenty XXXually oriented jokes as well. Both are only medium/short in length so I can really recommend them if you are in the mood for a quick laugh

First of all - they're both about one's sexual life. They're also very strange and make me think "WTF is happening?". Both of them last for 12 minutes per episode and, finally, they're both from 2011 spring season.

Makes you think it's anime that do more than entertain. They are written in an educational manner. Or at least they are trying to. Both, of course, fail at being educational, not that any anime can actually be instructive. Isshoni training is like your average yoga VDO, but much much less practical and more pornographic. The 30 years-old men health check-up is already a great yaoi-flavored comedy by itself, but it's not teaching you much either.

Both shows deal with two people who have no relationship experience trying to get together and are comedies.

Wacky cartoon with perverted jokes and a weird plot that also exists sometimes 30-sai is more sexual than 100% pascal sensei and has not the greatest animation but if you want more nonsense jokes with even more nonsense characters check it out

Both are informational series' that focus more on teaching about a subject, with the plot/characters used for entertainment. They both teach some interesting information while also being entertaining

Educational-flavored anime. Both seems to be teaching you something, yet most of that you either know by heart, or have been taught since grade school. Moetan is pedo-fanfare getting educational mask, 30years-old-men-show is comedy with slight yaoi tendency getting the same mask. Being both technically educational didn't mean you will like both. Pedomen sure will prefer Moetan, while yaoi fangirls will sure to love the 30-years-old man physical check-up.

MC is a virgin and has given up on getting a girlfriend, but destiny has other plans for him.

They are both essentially grown-up pott/dirty jokes taken to extremes, sometimes ridiculously funny and at times very insightful.

Both have to do with at least 1 character's first relationships Although one is heterosexual and the other is homosexual, there are shounen-ai hints in both, more in Junjou. Both seem to be romantic comedies. Believe it or not both have censored versions (more in 30-sai) Junjou is aimed towards homosexual men while 30-sai is aimed towards heterosexual men

Its form the same director and has the same kind of humour/atmosphere to it. Both series are utterly hilarious and have a fair amount of BL fanservice.

After three episodes, I suddenly remembered Dokuro-chan. Don't really know why. Short episodes, silly characters and so. :)

Though there is nearly 20 years gap between these works, however, the topic seems to be quite exciting and up-to-date nowadays. Both anime are dedicated to the problems of finding one's pair when school years are far behind, and 30th birthday is cdrawing closer and closer. It scarry for both parties as well as difficult. As for 30-sai Hoken Taiiku, it involves help of gods and more ecchi elements, while Yume de Aetera is purely true-to-life material. However, deeds, situations and results are very similar in both anime.
