Both series about young demons who use comedy as a major focus. Both of those main characters are sons are very powerful & the highest rank of demon.

These are both early adaptations of one-shots by Toriyama, they both have that classic Tori art style and very light hearted and fun with loveable characters and character designs. Fans of Tori and his unique art style would find enjoyment in both.

If you're looking for something pretty funny, that has angels and demons in it, than either one of these two could be for you. Ackman is an one episode long OVA with some nice, dark humor and it's mostly about the title character annoying an angel, who constantly tries to kill him. And who always accidently ends up killing innocent people in his attempts to beat the main-character. Gabriel Dropout meanwhile is a full 12 episode series, that's a lot more lighter with its comedy and leans a lot more on the "Cute Girls doing Cute Things" part of the show. These are both early work of Akira Toriyama, Ackman is based of a one shot of his and Kosuke features his iconic character design. Fans of Tori's unique style looking for more content by this classic creator will find enjoyment of both of these anime.
