Tsue to Tsurugi no Wistoria

Both have similar premises but with different approaches. If you want something more comedic, go for Mashle. If you prefer a story that carries itself more seriously, choose Wistoria. Wisteria is a 6.5/10 story with a 10/10 production value (animation, choreography, storytelling, BGM, etc.). I'd rather watch something with a cliché premise executed perfectly than something new that falls apart because the director doesn't know where to take the story. Enjoy!

Set in a magical world. The protagonists are willing to achieve the higher of the titles despite not having magic/not able to use it, and they overcomes the challenges they face in their way to their goals. They have great physical strength and try to prove they are as powerful or more than magic user. 

Both animes are set in a magic school environment and the main characters are unable to use magic. Mashle is a much funnier anime series but Wistoria has some good fight scenes. Would recommend both. 

Both are set in a world of magic with protagonists who lack the ability to produce magic and use physical strength as their replacement for magic. Both aim to achieve a certain goal which is deemed nearly impossible for people like them

If you like Black Clover, you will definitely like Wistoria: Wand and Sword. Wistoria is similar to Black Clover in the sense that the main characters are magicless boys who live in a world run by magic. These anime both have protagonists that have to learn to adapt and overcome obstacles to obtain their goal of being one of the greats in their world. Additionally, Wistoria is filled with very high quality animation and a captivating and unique art-style that will get you hooked immediately. If you are a Black Clover fan, and even a Harry Potter fan, you will definitely enjoy this anime.

Magical Academies and Societal Structures: Both series feature a structured environment where young magicians are trained. In Black Clover, the Magic Knights are organized into different squads, each with its own culture and specialty, creating a competitive yet cooperative atmosphere. In Tsue to Tsurugi no Wistoria, the magical academy serves as the primary setting, where students learn, grow, and compete to become stronger. both main character are born in a world full of magic but have no magic power, and they use there other strengths to go for the top 

Dungeon system with variations in it's floor based in "monsters level". Good hearted protagonist, both of putting the hell of a efforts to reach their respective dreams. They will learn that they are more powerful than what the others say... being overlooked at the beginning of their journey most of the time.  

Both deal with dungeons. Both have underdog heroes. Both heroes yearn for the appreciation of a powerful female character. Both anime hint at harem elements. 

Both protagonists started from rock bottom, while throughout the journey, each advances forward highlighting their significant increase of their battle art. 

Both are set in a magic academy, with a labyrinth/dungeon beneath it. Both have include magic with swords and are set a in a similar feeling magical setting 

They both are set in a school of magic, and although one of them presents a protagonist that cannot use any magic while the other one has a protagonist that is a very strong magic caster. They both have similar ideas, like a dungeon inside the school. Overall they have the same vibes and feel very comparable with each other. 

Both are set in a magic academy where the MC is striving to become the best at their academy to achieve their end goals. Both also include a dungeon/labyrinth as a main focus point of much of the stories and adventures. Both animes have stunning visuals and great action scenes throughout. However, Wistoria focuses more on the MC not having magical power in a world of magic making him the underdog of the anime, where Spellblades does not.
