- Teaming up with the villain/no-longer crown prince - to avoid the death flag? - Strong female who accepts her present and uses her wits to remarry? - Classic formula of a gamer using an otome game/known storyline to outbeat the expected routes -- but done well. Somehow even with a standard formula, music and staff take the series from a standard box anime to something a bit more

The heroines are mentally strong and determined to stay alive after they're given another chance at life. Through different circumstances, they meet the male lead, both of which have similar personalities, and thus a budding romance begins.

Both female leads die in the ‘normal’ world, just to be reincarnated into a fictional world as a character who is doomed to die. In Kanojo, the fictional world is a novel the female lead has read, whereas, in Otome, it is a video game. In both cases, the female leads try to make use of their knowledge of the plot to survive. In both, the characters they are reincarnated as are not the heroines of the fictional world, which leads them to challenge the overall structure of this new world. Quite fun shows!

They aren't both isekai related. But they're cute-styled romance shows with the guys falling for the girl but the girl falls harder for the guy. When I say the romance is cheesy, I meant it. You'll still fall for the main couple though. I mean... come on.

Both have an opulent, historical noble setting with beautiful animation. Both have driven, intelligent female protagonists from a lower social standing that romance royalty.

both have women isekai in to a fantasy medieval world as back ground character one became a character from a fantasy novel who death is the hook for the beginning of the story in the novel and the other is a woman caught up in a saint summoning ritual and is pushed off to the side.

While I have not read the manwha, this anime feels like a complete opposite of Violet Evergarden, especially with Adam Taylor. If you like a similar story but is much more heartwarming, lighthearted, and less sadistic, I suggest giving Violet Evergarden a watch. It has a similar theme of looking for answers

Shadows House takes place in the same Victorian Era in Europe and follows a similar plot. Shadows House has: -Characters that are mean and seductive -Conflict between upperclassmen and the commoners -Protagonists that are blunt and straightforward, yet remain polite-sounding These themes are similar characteristically to our main lead, Raeliana, and Miss Vivian feels similar as well to Rosemary.

In both anime both main girl are hard to get but slowly warm up to their ikemen, and the interactions of them is pretty hilarious. that's of teasing each other, what people call pull and release.

If you liked the way that Sakuta flirt with Mai then you should watch Raeliana too they do have the same type of interaction quite interesting.

In both stories, the girl enters a relationship with an ikemen, starting from pretending to be in one. However, in both stories, the girl takes advantage of the ikemen, and as a result, the guy treats her like a pet. The ikemen falls in love with the protagonist in a convenient manner, and although both stories have a similar vibe, it is the "black prince" who actually treats his girlfriend like a pet. Despite initially acting like jerks, both ikemen eventually soften their hearts for the girl.

Both are driven, intelligent women that use their brains to navigate their new historical world. Both are well-done isekai.

Both historical nobility thingy. Main couples have different personalities, but female leads give opinions that help male leads. Both male leads are the ones who first fall in love. Both animes are sweet!

Both isekai-type romance shoujo stories that have very similar concepts. If you like one, you'll surely like the other.

These are both female led shows with a similar blend of romance and political intrigue, though both lean in the opposite direction.

- Both take place in the realm of aristocrats/Victorian vibes - The main protagonist is smart and denies her feelings towards the main man - Handsome and smart male love interest - The plot of the investigation and the secret

both series center around an isekai woman into a character form a book or otome game doom to die. the first as a hook to bring the heroine of the story home and the other as she finds herself as the villainess that dies in the game both use their knowledge of the book and game to protect themselves Raelina using her knowledge to make an alliance with the duke the main love interest. while Pride prevent disasters (seen as a foresight ability) to rewrite the story along with not bein evil like her character was original in the game both are so focused on  read more
