Koori Zokusei Danshi to Cool na Douryou Joshi

Both are set in an office environment and center around young adults. They both have a rather slow pacing in term of romance but are nonetheless very funny and entertaining. 

Both main guys very adorably experience intense internal joy upon every interaction with the main gal. Both are extremely wholesome and heartwarming romances. 

Both of the female mc's go out of their way to do things/give things to the male mc's.

One significant similarity between the 2 shows are that yokai and other mythical creatures are existing in the present modern world and living normal life. "Demi-chan wa Kataritai" shows how one teacher is interested in other non-human/yokai people and wants to know more about them in school. This show focuses on comedy rather than romance. 

Romantic relationship is weird, indeed, when you need heat-radiating hearts and cool heads to strike the balance in forming and maintaining it, which is perfectly offered in both series. Also, some serious takes on the romance life outside highschool. 

Both animes deal with adult romance theme with a very calm, relaxing atmosphere theme. Both girls are both shy and sweet, who falls in love with a guy whos protective of them
