Both anime build similar romantic tension between the step-siblings/main characters by following their lives after their parents marry together as they now have to live together. Domestic Kanojo has a more dramatic plot, including the MC's alternative love interests while simultaniously building romantic tension between the two MC

Two people who once had feelings for one another had a break and are forced together again. They attempt to remove their lingering feelings due to having to leave their old memories in the past, however, these emotions show through when they experience slightly intimate moments together and still wish to return to those youthful times.

Both stories revolve around a pair of high school students falling in love with each other, and around their close friends. Both focus on the emotional development, rather than action or drama.

Both are romcoms with incest vibes. Both series have a degen girl who gets along with MC better than the tsundere main love interest. In Roshidere this is the sister, while in Tsurekano the sister is the main love interest.

What I like is that both have main male characters that aren't your generic cry baby. Which is always refreshing. Also the vibe has something a little bit similar. Definitely liked both!

If you like Mamaha's aspect of showing the female heroine's perspectives and thoughts regarding her romantic situations then Midara na Ao-chan wa Benkyou ga Dekinai is an anime I would suggest checking out. Although their plots are nowhere near similar, the heroines are really good at creating exaggerated fantasies about their male love interests, which is funny in its own unique way.

Two non-blood-related individuals become step-siblings one day, and I wonder how it will turn out. Will they see each other as normal siblings or as romantic interests? If you like one, why not try the other?

While I don't recommend "Mamahaha", it's similar to Kaguya-sama in that both characters feel love for each other but can't show it due to circumstances. With the basic feature of both anime being mind games and dominating comedy (excellently handled in Kaguya-sama, not at all in Mamahaha).
