Both have a primarily male cast. Both feature men in suits, action, a secret government organization, mafia, the military, and supernatural powers wielded by individuals. Both have an orphan main character with a cocky ENTP mentor. Some characters have similar powers to characters in the other show. Bungou Stray Dogs is better, but there's a strong chance you'll enjoy one if you like the other.

Both shows are about a group of of supernatural people fighting for the government. They have similar character dynamics and mystery/action plots. Tiger & Bunny has a more futuristic / comic hero setting than High Card.

Both series follows a group of people who special abilities fighting other groups with similar powers. Both series see strange battles emerge from the matchups of different powers.

Private Group dealing with criminal threats that can't be handled by police - under the table kind of deal with administration/ government - Redgrave siblings and suido siblings are on same level Chris and kouki both willing to go to hell and back to save their sisters

They have a similar flamboyant vibe with lots of stylized action, mysteries, magical objects and people being fancy in high class suits kicking the crap out of eachother. Both have cocky ENTPs.

Apart from the obvious surface-level similarities (both shows depict a young man joining a special paramilitary group tasked with ensuring the security of their respective populations on behalf of the government; using unique magical abilities during combat against enemies with their own unique and terrifying abilities) they have similar themes of coming of age, letting go of the past and choosing a path forward for the future. Both protagonists harbor trauma about their past, coming from rough upbringings with no parental figures and struggling to get by.
