Both have a primarily male cast. Both feature men in suits, action, a secret government organization, mafia, the military, and supernatural powers wielded by individuals. Both have an orphan main character with a cocky ENTP mentor. Some characters have similar powers to characters in the other show.
Bungou Stray Dogs is better, but there's a strong chance you'll enjoy one if you like the other.

HIn high card, there are groups of people that are interested in cards and their power. In Bungou Stray Dogs, there are different organizations with people that has superpowers.
A difference is that in Bungou Stray Dogs, the organizations don't have necessarily an objective in common (In contrast of High Card, which is to obtain more cards).
Is just that both animes have similar vibes. Although Bungou is more Detective/Mystery oriented, but also has some comedy and fun interactions, like High Card (but in Bungou the style of comedy is more caroony)

These both anime are quite literally similar in their own way. So, in bsd every ability holder has a unique ability they are born with, while in high card (I'm calling it HC) there are 52 cards that have chosen their own owners. In HC there is a type of 'agency' just like the ADA. There are many more similarities and both have amazing Art styles!
