Osananajimi ga Zettai ni Makenai Love Comedy

Highschool harem romcom, in which Minori Inase and Yoshitsugu Matauoka are banding together in order to exact revenge on the popular girl, who he thinks wronged him. 

Both have a similar premise: - the main protagonist guy gets revenge on the popular girl because his love was rejected > Masamune - the girl outright rejected him > Osananajimi - the girl got a boyfriend - they exact revenge by trying to get the girl (who rejected them initially) to fall in love with them and confess 

Osamake is reminiscent of what a worst version of Masamune-kun's Revenge would look like. Both shows' harem girls are well-designed aesthetically at the very least and make the show interesting, even if most of them are quite dumb characters in retrospect, Both shows feature a harem where the main love interest(s) and the MC try to get revenge on the other by betraying their feelings of love and making the other fall for them just to reject them afterwards because of a stupid plot point/misunderstanding. Both shows get very cringe-worthy because of an arc. In the case of Osamake, it is because of the first arc, while in Masamune-kun's revenge, it is because of the final arc. After these events that turn the show into a dumpster fire, the show just take a nose dive and becomes worst. despite the cringe, the shows are still amusing in their own way. Unlike Osamake, I think the manga of Masamune-kun's Revenge is probably worth reading anyway as it looks pretty good if you disregard the [LIGHT SPOILER] incredibly annoying Masamune imposter that ruins everything good that the story had going for it. read more 

Main plot is different in nature in some senses for both animes but the topic is the same: Masamune: Male MC taking revenge on his first love (female MC) for looking down on him during their childhood days. Method: Make the female MC his girlfriend, then break up with her instantly Osamake: Male MC taking revenge on his first love (female 2nd MC) for being in a love relationship with another male character. Method: With the aid of his osananajimi (female 1st MC) 

You love Romcom? Both fit perfectly in that genre. The plot is a little bit ridiculous but quite funny.  

Similarities: -same romcom, with a very complicated romance path. -same kind of male MC who finds himself in that complicated romance path. -same set of girls who were part of the guy's predicament of having to go through the complicated romance path. Dissimilarities: Ore Suki - Guy MC started out as some whom the harem doesn't like at first. Osamu: -Guy MC already starts out as someone whom the harem would compete for.  

Have you finished watching "OreSuki" and wished for something more? Well, won't you mind giving "OsaMake" a try while you're desperately waiting for its second season to come? Because... Both essentially follow the same premise and character dynamics, but this time, as its title suggests, it is done differently. Watch as you indulge yourself in the intriguing and fascinating narrative never seen before on the "harem" genre. I find both extraordinary, especially now that the entire harem category has become too overpopulated with awful and over repeated setting and plot. Both series feel unique in my own opinion, presenting their own distinctive and original ideas while attempting to remain to the typical harem elements that most people know and loved.  read more 

Mc is kind of a dick The show attempts a somewhat satirical approach to the genre. Oresuki has the 4th wall breaks and trope breaking while this series smashes tropes together like there's no tomorrow Both are light hearted and are best watched as a stress reliever. Also insert childhood friend here 

Both of these shows use the same romcom formula: the childhood friend has to win if every heroine is somehow the protagonist's childhood friend. Every heroine you meet in either show knew the protagonist somehow as a child, leaving no other choice. However, while Nisekoi does this seriously, Osamake is a satirical take on this plot. In Nisekoi the winning childhood friend is a mystery that must be solved. In Osamake, it is a gag.  

I have to Agree W/ Solaris They posted the recommendation before me and raise very good points. Very similar plot line but its still early to see where this story goes. Nisekoi eventually went pretty heavy into the shonen side of the manga. Osamake (so far) seems closer to a new spin on old tropes rom-com. 

Osananajimi has a bit different premise, but it does not matter at all, since the core, the juice is basically the same as Nisekoi: - similar characters, their relations and interactions; - same type of humor (mostly cringe and overreactions); - the whole story revolves around the connections with the protagonist sometime in the past; - both are harems (and these harems are quite similar archetype-wise). But: - They have different proportions of romance and comedy; - Shows build suspense/drama differently: N is doing it by characters "not knowing and too shy to ask", O is doing it by characters "knowing but too prideful to confront each other"; - O has a faster pacing. read more 

Osamake is a harem anime where he got a friend in a acting studio, childhood friend, and a school idol. All of them love the mc but the mc can't pick whether which one should he love and give them happiness. Nisekoi is quite the same with Osamake because the mc in here also got her harem which is almost 2x the osamake mc. Nisekoi mc has a yakuza daughter, friend since elementary or middle school, childhood friend, butler of yakuza daughter, and a bit harem with the sister of friend since elementary. The mc also can't pick because the only one he will love is the one that will open his necklace and that his one true love had the key. I really recommend Osamake if you like Nisekoi because of their similarities.  read more 

Both series are about multiple girls trying to date a single male protagonist in a school based situation, and trying their absolute hardest to share the single protagonist for each other without getting overly hostile.  

The MC has extremely similar personalities and basically acts the same. The other characters are also pretty alike too.
