Both are excellent music videos with stunning visuals and amazing and memorable songs. Also both will give you lots of mixed feelings (sadness in Shelter and nostalgia and happiness in Gotcha)

If you need a short reason to fall in love with anime and animation again, then I can recommend these two. Their biggest similarities are, that they're rather short, have some rather nice music and that they celebrate their respective thing. The Daicon Opening Animations are two short OVAs...that are just giant celebrations of anime and animation and everything related to that. Especially the second one just is filled with love for the medium and with so many references. Plus, if you're into oldschool animation, then this one is definitely something you have to check out. Easily the most stunning of all Pokémon music videos, this one uses the absolutely insane animation talent and infinite budget for the series to do some absolutely astounding bits of animation and cinematography. A must see, especially for those with huge nostalgia for the game series.

Both of these are short promotional videos/music videos that encapsulate the hype of their respective franchises, shows fan favourite characters and overall builds to pleasant experience if you're a fan of said franchise, but wouldn't be much interesting to watchers that aren't fans.
