Both anime focus on the effects of technology on youth. Lain focuses more on the disassociation that comes with it and Ruru focuses more on the mental health aspects. (read more about rorochan_1999 if you want context)

The two entries share stories about sensitive content in the life of high-school girls, with the similar animation style being flashy and abstract at times. It made me actually think that Ruru's animation was some kind of promotional music video for Wonder Egg. Music taste may be individual, but the content is very similar, so if you liked one, give the other a try! I am sure you will also get the same feeling.

To die. Dying is a concept many have explored, and these two MVs are no different. However Racing Into The Night and Ruru's Suicide Show have some twisted themes attached to them, both of which are based on something from reality. Whether it be a life driven to suicide or love for the sake of wanting to die, the two are quite easy to digest although very much so of high quality. In fact, both are pretty good at what they deal with that they are both age-restricted lol.

Suicide brings sadness, it's not a fate people or people related to an individual would love to be in. That is entirely true for MVs Say It. and Ruru's Suicide Show. The stories based on both cases, also come along with a high-quality MV that conveys the tone and atmosphere of these MV exceptionally.

Music videos with colorful visuals, upbeat songs and cute girls combined with a suicidal theme.
