Ueno-san wa Bukiyou

Tejina-senpai's tricks are so simple they can easily be explained by science, Ueno-san's inventions are so advanced they can easily be magic tricks. Both have half-length episodes where a normal guy is together with a weird girl in their clubs (with occasional ecchi). Tejina Senpai has MUCH better art. 

Both of these anime feature an aggressive female protagonist (who is secretly in a relationship with) and a naïve male protagonist. Except that Ueno-san is more aggressive than Takagi-san. 

Both are about girl being frustrated with clueless boy 

Both are short (about 10 minutes per episode) slapstick romance school comedy, where main girl is heads over heels in love with main guy. Girls have similar hairstyles, both are a overexaggerating all the time and guy is either oblivious or uninterested. 

The main characters of these series are similar in both their school life and feelings. Mizuki Usami and Ueno-san have energetic attitudes about their affairs, and constantly try to get attention of the one who love, with great difficulties with responses.  

Both shows are focused on comedy of the nonsensical, reality breaking, crazy situations type. They also follow more or less the same format of episodic happenings, since both don't have an overall main plot, as their main attraction are the comedic situations that happen between the characters. The art style is also very similar and both have great voice work. 

Both of these shows have rather short episodes revolving around a single joke that applied to different situations: Retsuko and her secret hobby using death metal karaoke to destress and Ueno's cornucopia of different inventions to win her crush's heart. Despite this, both series have a sense of progression where events in past episodes are referenced. If you enjoyed the simple premise and slapstick yet heartening nature of one, it's likely the other would be worth your time. 

The same short anime that has a guy and a tsundere girl, but with different setting theme, cu'z Ueno-san was set in a science club room , while in Yatogame has everything to do with the place Nagoya. 

Similar story with a awkward girl, although much more bashful and shy rather than aggressive, trying to garner the attention of her crush. Place to Place or Acchi Kocchi is a simple slice of life with calming elements as well as comedy. one of personal favorites if I'm being honest a hit or miss much like Ueno-san. In both animes girls try to embarrass boys. In both animes unpredictable funny ends of situations. Both animes have innocent teenage vulgar humor.  

Both main characters want to get attention from boys. While Ueno is based on wanting attention from one boy B-gata focuses on group of boys. Both have sexual jokes and girl having problem with getting any boy that she wants. UwU 

Ueno-san draws some inspiration from Monogatari, especially in character design. Kitanaga is alternate personality Nadeko Sengoku, Nishihara is very similar to Kanbaru Suruga, and the Tanaka and Araragi family dynamics are similar. Aside from characters, both have a fair share of off-color comedy and confusing wordplay, although Bakemonogatari has a lot more serious moments mixed in. Bakemonogatari is very different from Ueno-san wa Bukiyou, but knowing the former will deepen your understanding of the latter.
